This process was amazing and we couldn’t be happier with our home and the customer service we had.

They use great materials and don't cut corners

Everything was great to experience

Unfortunately, the copy paste responses of the loan teams are to blame for the loss of the star. I'm also dealing with an issue with my home insurance I shouldn't have to deal with created by the title company and the loan team. Everything else was great. We love our house.

Excellent experience. Each and every person we worked with throughout the process was professional helpful and made it an enjoyable experience.

This is our second KHov home purchase. The first was in Monterey Park in Gilroy, Ca. The quality there was much nicer. This one, we have holes around the outlets, many light switched are setting at an angle. The cabinets are very good quality. We are still picking up cigarette buttes and nails from our front and back yard. It took several tries to reach our service person. The seams for baseboards and door frames have very obvious gaps andWe miss the manual, as the online portal is not secure and we probably wont use it until that is fixed. The thermostats are not centrally located. Overall we are disappointed with the quality and the unfinished look of the home. Our sales person, John was very helpful in our purchase, we needed a quick move in and he delivered. We were very happy with his frankness and his quick responses and his willingness to help. This is the first home that we have bought here and we feel that we made the right decision by choosing Khovnanian as our home builder. The process was transparent and seamless, right from initial buying, the design center experience, and the entire home building process. At every step, we were notified about the progress and also images being sent to see how things are progressing. Weekly / bi-weekly meetings with the construction manager helps us understand in detail and call out anything that needs attention. Special Mention to the construction Manager Dave, he has spent a good amount of time helping us understand different aspects of the house and giving us detailed walk-throughs. The final walk-through was one of the best! Nonetheless, Vicky - who helped us along the way right from the start until now. I had great communication with the Sales Team, Design Team and the builders. They were AMAZING and made the process exciting and informative as a homeowner. I was however, a little let down throughout the entire process with the Mortgage Team ( the paperwork side of the purchase). As a first time home buyer, this was the most upsetting and confusing part of the process. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend K. Hovnanian!!

Design process went smoothly, however always a few hiccups with new construction.

The home that was built is beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. However, the process was overshadowed by the poor management in the sales office. The staff is not communicative about appropriate next steps in the building and closing process. The staff was not communicative to outside lenders and real estate professionals. The staff was downright rude in many circumstances and if my family had not invested so much time and money in the process, we would have walked away from the building process completely.

Leslye and Scott were fantastic to work with and were always flexible.

K hovnanian rejected my first attempt. I explained at length why They are easily the worst company I’ve ever encountered.

The whole process was easy, fun, and the people were great!

That it was an overall great experience! Katrina was detailed and engaged while George was personable,easy and such a great help. I truly appreciate all involved and am just grateful. Would I recommend kHovnanian? I surely will. Thanks for everything. My wife and I are well pleased!

My family and I had an amazing experience in purchasing our first house with K. Hovnanian Homes. From the sales staff to the builders team and everyone in between, we were provided with regular and consistent communication every step of the way. It was a seamless transition to our new home, our forever home.

Great Team i was able to contact them if i had any questions or they would contact me if there was any changes. Good experience.

I am so disappointed and disheartened with the Khov construction and customer service team. I purchased a home on February 26, 2021, when I took delivery of my home there was some small minor issues i.e. flickering undercabinet light in the kitchen , and paint touch ups that I was promised would be taken care of in a timely matter that worked around my schedule. Fast forward to today March 26th, I was forced to take time out of my work schedule to allow your teams/trades into my home to “fix” the issues that were already there before I took ownership; those issues have now been furthered as my normally neat and tidy home is neither of those or repaired properly. I was told the work would be competed between 12pm and 4pm, Fast forward to 440 when I witnessed a Sherwin-Williams painter painting one of my interior door is with a can of white spray paint; I politely told Juan I thought it was best that they leave today. After showing him all of the issues that were still in my home that were not attended to even though they had all thought they had been fixed he agreed that there was more damage to my home after they were leaving than there was before they got there. I feel as thought at this point I have done all I can on my end. I have allowed your teams into my home and personal space, and now not only do I have to vacuum mop, and dust everything, but now we have to schedule another time to let more trades in to fix the issues that were worsened today. I have lost time, money and patience, and will do so again when your team/ trades have to come back into my home. Issues; ACrattles, AC blows saw dust and particles out of vents, under cabinet lighting, multiple paint touch ups, broken blinds, doors with ruff patches and excessive over spray, paint drips on walls (4 foot area that is covered with paint drips), carpet bubbles, carpet seams, carpet coming apart at seems, dirty or moldy shower seams, stairwell banister cracking and breaking, scratches and chips in sink/ countertop. ... The home buying experience was amazing! Jennifer answered our questions and handled our concerns through out the whole buying/ building experience. If I were to move and buy another house I would definitely look up KHov!

I can honestly say that from the moment I met Tiffany I felt like my search for a home was over. She was terrific about explaining everything, patient ,extremely knowledgeable, and to her and Wendy's credit the customer service has not stopped just because i have assumed the house. They are right there to answer any questions that i still need answered. They are first class and if i were starting a business i would start my company with those two. thanks for everything.

Great overall experience and easy to work with. Always answered my calls and requests.

The knowledge and experience of everything from the original purchase to the final walk though and after when certain matters had to be addressed.
