The builder was helpful when things went wrong. They were very responsive to our concerns and stepped in when there was an issue. The work on the home itself was not as clean and seamless but we were okay with that since the builder was able to work with us and provide extra caulking in areas as needed.

Was an easy experience from choosing g the lot to model to options. To financing.

I really appreciated our sales agent, April. She worked for us daily and never brushed things under the rug. She was so patient with my million questions everyday! Every location needs an April!

Overall good experience. Would I purchase new construction in the future? Maybe not. There were a lot of cosmetic issues throughout the house that I feel were a result of rushed work. However that seems to be the nature of the game. For the price I think it was a great experience. Definitely recommend having a realtor and someone who understands the financial side, we did not have either and I feel like our experience suffered because of that. Overall I am very pleased with my new home.

The home is very nice and it has been a great purchase.

They where great to work with

The building process was very easy, the only issue we had was at the design studio, where some issues were not explained correctly and some information we were given was wrong.

Reggie, Kem and the lady in the office are wonderful. They are always available for their customers. I love it

Onsite.crew were great. Anthony, Carl and Sabrina helped with anything they could to help make the process go smooth. I can’t say that about the home office. Much confusion on the closing date with some people not giving me true stories. Didn’t get closing numbers till the day before and they were wrong and had to be corrected. Seemed like the office didn’t communicate very well the the field and me.

Overall, seems like a quality builder.

WELL THE ONLY GOOD EXPERIENCE I GOT IN ALL THE PROCESS TO BUILD MY HOUSE WAS WITH THE ARCHITECT WHO WAS ON POINT EVERY TIME WHEN I HAVE AN ISSUE.. THE SELLER, THE INTERIOR DESIGNER WAS AN STRUGLE, THEY NEVER HAD THE CORRECT DOCUMENTS WITH THE IMPOVEMENTS I WANTED (I BELIVE IN THIS PROCESS THAT IS VERY IMPORTANT) BTW I'M SO HAPPY WITH THE HOUSE DESING.

The sales team was very helpful, but the finance team was another story. We had alot of back and forth which we have never had before in buying expierience. Maybe its just the times now?

Our home was delivered on time with just a few issues.All taken care of immediately the entire team was great.i look forward to Showing my home to family and friends

My overall experience was really good. I looked at these homes for about a year before I purchased. Debbie was always so kind and upbeat each time she saw me. She kept me abreast of pricing and waitlists. I ended up buying a house bigger than the one I was initially looking at for cheaper! This was my first home so I really had no idea what all was involved, let alone going through the process of it being built. Shannon helped me SO much. She was available when I had questions or concerns. She was patient and explained things in layman's terms. She was the best. I do not think I would have been able to get through the process without her. The house has a few issues that have come up. Very small though. Cabinets are scratched, toilet seat cracked, chipped stucco, and shower door height being too short (I'm 5'9"). Nothing that could not be fixed though. Buying a home is overwhelming, but the reward is worth it. I would do it over again with the women of KHov. Next are my pictures on Instagram! ... More

We bought a model home so we knew we were going to do some renovations and knew the stuff we were replacing was cheaper quality. Overall, we really love our home and are happy with it. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall score would be 4.75 stars.

My overall experience when it came to the process was good. I was especially happy with the sales office and the agent working there as well as the mortgage/lender company! An absolute pleasure to work with and I could not be more happy with them! I'm disappointed with the workmanship of the home - particularly the paint job and the cabinetry. Extremely inconsistent (upstairs cabinets were nearly done perfect. The kitchen cabinets are terrible and done so sloppy) and found a lot of flaws and mistakes. Some that they are willing to fix and some that they wont.

The entire Khov staff were very professional and super responsive. Made the process easy.

The sales and construction teams have been great, very responsive. Overall, I think the quality is good and the house is well built. More attention could be paid to the wood trim/final painting. Cabinets, countertops and flooring were all good.

They delivered earlier than expected.
