Good options, friendly staff, and quick repsonses

Love our new home!!! It's absolutely gorgeous!

The house itself is great. The project manager Javier is amazing. He is responsive and helpful. The biggest issue is the HOA. They are non responsive. None of us who closed received the documents. I am still waiting to get the finance docs and have asked for almost 2 weeks. They have a $250 fee to put in a request which is ridiculous. Especially since I couldn’t even get the documents. No fence and no grass is part of the sale of the house and it is expensive to put one in and you have to pay the $250 to request it on top of the price of the fence. With no guidance mind you. No internet access. No clue when we will get it. I am happy with the build of the house for the most part. Minor issues that are being taken care of but that is normal. Our second home from KHov in the same building. If we weren't happy we wouldn't have bought a second in three years. Shout to Bill and Stephen from Sales, they are on top of every little detail and made buying this home incredible. Bill also helped us with our first home and while things were a bit rocky during that initial closing b/c it was new construction, Bill was so thorough and on top of every aspect of our sale. Highly recommend.

The design of the house is nicely done and the team, from the sales representative to the homeowner customer service workers, are very nice. The only thing I think it fell short was the interior painting.It should be done a better job. Overall, we are very happy with our new home.

Great Builder and seamless process

Jobs are done half way and not complete

Sure a New Build may have some issues. We are humans. But turning a blind eyes to obvious issues shows no respect to your Luxury Home Buyers. Why do you look for your customers to overlook your lack of workmanship? An Honest company would walk through and take care of the obvious things. Now we’re working with our 4th warranty person having to explain the same things multiple times! Very disappointed and continue to be.

Buying a Khovanian home was a fun experience. Sales team was very helpful. When walk through a were scheduled they were during working hours, I do think a different time frame would be better. The home is beautiful in itself given that it’s new but as we live in it longer we do see defects that we have brought to the superintendent attention. I do understand that there is a delay and shortages due to Covid, but if things are done right the first time there is no need to go back and fix anything. Overall my experience was ok, there was a confusion on delivering my keys. Construction manager was holding on to them when we were standing outside our home. I didn’t expect it to be magical but I also didn’t expect to have to wait an hour for the construction manager to decide when he wanted to give me my keys. ... More

Nice size houses and in a good zone

The overall process was great! They are great people!

Quality of workmanship is so poor, you can tell they did everything so quick or in hurry that they do not care what the outcome or quality is. The sad part is, if, you make a request for them to fix any issues, it takes forever. Forever is not an overexageration, as a matter of fact up until now my issues them are not fixed yet, countless follow ups and they do not care! All they want is to hand off the key to you and whatever issues you found prior, is full of promises. We will do this and do that.... if you do purchase a home with them, make sure you have them fix your issues prior to finalizing everything or else, like me I have to constatly request for them to fix making you the one asking them for favors, were it should hVe been their responsibility from the beginning, if only they did right. ... Unfortunately, the copy paste responses of the loan teams are to blame for the loss of the star. I'm also dealing with an issue with my home insurance I shouldn't have to deal with created by the title company and the loan team. Everything else was great. We love our house.

Excellent experience. Each and every person we worked with throughout the process was professional helpful and made it an enjoyable experience.

This is our second KHov home purchase. The first was in Monterey Park in Gilroy, Ca. The quality there was much nicer. This one, we have holes around the outlets, many light switched are setting at an angle. The cabinets are very good quality. We are still picking up cigarette buttes and nails from our front and back yard. It took several tries to reach our service person. The seams for baseboards and door frames have very obvious gaps andWe miss the manual, as the online portal is not secure and we probably wont use it until that is fixed. The thermostats are not centrally located. Overall we are disappointed with the quality and the unfinished look of the home. Our sales person, John was very helpful in our purchase, we needed a quick move in and he delivered. We were very happy with his frankness and his quick responses and his willingness to help. Was a great experience! They did a phenomenal job!!

This is the first home that we have bought here and we feel that we made the right decision by choosing Khovnanian as our home builder. The process was transparent and seamless, right from initial buying, the design center experience, and the entire home building process. At every step, we were notified about the progress and also images being sent to see how things are progressing. Weekly / bi-weekly meetings with the construction manager helps us understand in detail and call out anything that needs attention. Special Mention to the construction Manager Dave, he has spent a good amount of time helping us understand different aspects of the house and giving us detailed walk-throughs. The final walk-through was one of the best! Nonetheless, Vicky - who helped us along the way right from the start until now. I had great communication with the Sales Team, Design Team and the builders. They were AMAZING and made the process exciting and informative as a homeowner. I was however, a little let down throughout the entire process with the Mortgage Team ( the paperwork side of the purchase). As a first time home buyer, this was the most upsetting and confusing part of the process. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend K. Hovnanian!!
