K. Hov has been great through out this entire process. During and after my close.

Throughout the whole process, Darren made sure that all my questions were answered and if there was a hiccup in options he found a solution in a timely fashion. Jerry was very helpful when it came to explaining details and addressing any concerns. Jerry took over the building process of my home and took ownership immediately. He definitely is committed to the work he is doing and both he and Darren have a Commitment to Excellence when it comes to their work.

We enjoyed working with John. He made the experience enjoyable, he's knowledgeable, trustworthy and funny. We were disappointed and frustrated with quite of few things. Some people were very disorganized and rushed. Made lots of mistakes and didn't listen very well on the walk through. Its been over a month and we still have m People coming in to fix things.. the supervisor Ricardo is wonderful. Even though he's visiting alot because there are problems. He at least listens and solves it right away. We got our home early but it would of been better to have it done right. Things just felt very rushed and sloppy.. from being rushed to pick up grades and rushed to sign paperwor ... More

We enjoyed working with the sales staff, they were very friendly and helpful. We were disappointed that K-Hov did not honor their own Hometown Hero credit, that is why the lower score for Trustworthiness.

Had a great experience from start to finish.

It is very difficult to deal with K H Mortgage just for $70,000.00 loan.

Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable.

The team did their best to accomodate our situation and we were able to close ahead of time.

The Staff from start to finish were professional and positive. I especially enjoyed becoming a part of the Khovninian family during our World Crisis and Pandemic. It was our first home to build and it all went great and smooth for the most part. Peter “Our Sales Rep” did a awesome job on helping us with everything and seemed always available when we need him.

Pleased with quality of home, we are very happy with it. Pleased with sales person we worked with, she went above and beyond. Dissatisfied with communication from construction team throughout the build process. Nice people but poor communication.

They were al helpful specially Miss Tanya.

Salesperson was always eager and quick to help. Construction supervisor was responsive and addressed any concerns we had in a professional manner. Feel like we got great value for the price. Loan process was easy & seamless.

I am a first time owner and building my home from the ground up was intimidating and a tad bit scary to say the least. But once I received my first phone call from Sparky, I new I was in good hands!! Week after week I received thorough phone call updates in regards to my new home. He answered all one million questions I had and remained patient and detailed every step of the way. I've heard various challening home buying experiences from family and friends but I am extremely blessed that my experience with KHOV and their amazing employee Sparky was a great ,smooth, peaceful experience. I absolutely love my home and although I don't get my Friday phone calls any longer, I still get joy when I come out my home in the morning and I see such an awesome person riding around the community striving to obtain goals to stay on task to provide families with their new home. Mariana, was absolutely amazing as well, I'm sure I drove her crazy with my indecisiveness for weeks. She allowed me to see the model everyday lol while being so patient while I made the biggest purchase of my life.
