The experience buying a home from them was great we would do it again and definitely tell others to do the same.

We really like our home. My only wish is that we did not have to wait for the construction process. I guess it is par for the course when it is customized.

From the first time we arrived at the sales office, we were impressed by the agent's professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. It continued with the construction manager's input as well. Great team!

They are decent builders. You will not be getting the best workers, but just decent enough. You will encounter some issues with workmanship, and in some cases you will just be on your own with these issues.

Be sure to make good notes i specifically asked for cement 10x10 to be done that way i dont do later on. Everyone seems to forget make sure old notes are matching with sales person!!!

I had a great experience from the sales team, lender and the construction manager.

When my wife and I had the final walk through we enjoyed seeing our new home after being in it I have noticed corners that were cut and other issues. Examples chips in the flooring, wavy walls and ceilings, bowed doors and a raised floor drain. I put a call in one day about the furnace exhaust and I had to make an issue with the builder in order to get it corrected. I guess I will keep on KHOV and hopefully things will work out.

We were assisted throughout this process with true kindness, and care. They were not just trying to sell us a house, they knew we were looking for a home, and they did all in their power to assist us in finding the right home for our family. Every hiccup, bump, hurdle, and valley we traveled our agent John and Anna, our tour guide Brian was there to help us through, encourage us that this too shall pass, and a lot of times fight for us when we were thinking of throwing in the towel. This is not just a company selling a bunch of houses, this is a family helping other families find affordable homes. We cannot thank all that have assisted us enough. The Company wasn't very helpful or understanding of pandemic issues complicating home buying process. Sellers was not helpful or patient with VA process. This was not a very easy process.Causing us (The Buyers) more expenses in living and home cost.

It was a great experience.

Allison, the sales agent is very helpful when I have questions and concerns. However, Tom did the sloppy job repairing broken retaining block walls. And before moving into residence, Tom refused to replace kitchen sliding screen where it has a hole. Not happy!

I love my new home, This is the second home I purchased from Hovanian homes, excellent home builder!

The sales person we worked with was great. Had she managed the whole customer experience it would have been a much more enjoyable purchase and our issues would have been resolved. Our design consultant didn't give us accurate information and met us at a different location instead of in the community where we purchased. This led to a lot of confusion when the final product was delivered since items we discussed were missing and we were told that was never part of the plan since the model was built with different options that are not available for the home. As for responsiveness to issues we have lived in the home for over a month now and we are still waiting for the builder to finish the home. All the bath fixtures are still missing and they can't seem to find the correct ones to finish the install. Other items we have brought to their attention they looked at and said they would get back to us but have never bothered to get us an answer. ... More

Great very happy with the house

The BUILDERS were very attentive and resolved my family's concerns regarding unexpected issues that arose in our new home. The Service Maintenance Manager was very professional and returned my calls within 24 to 48 hours to answer any questions or resolve problems my family and I had.

We had people who we could call whenever we had a question, it was a pleasant experience and we are happy with our new home.

K Hovnanian Home is the best! We had such a great experience buying home in Richmond Hill, GA. Entire staff we have met was all friendly and professional, very happy with purchase!

Very nice people. Kept me well informed as I was out of state. Answered all questions quickly.

Overall we have been pleasantly surprised on the quality of the build and attention to detail. While there were some minor hiccups on several things, many were quickly addressed. Steve K was on many of these issues in a short period of time. Also, watching the different crews build some of the other houses was a real education, this KHOV neighborhood was a well oiled machine.

My overall experience with K. Hovnanian has been pleasant from the start. The Sales manager ( Ms. Jackie) was helpful and available to address my questions. The quality of execution of the house is very good. I would recommend them highly.
