I have built homes with other national builders and this was by far the easiest, least stressful and most satisfying process! I love my Khov home.

Brian is awesome so is Justin in the models New crew the new guy in charge of repairs and walk threw is awesome Lisa is awesome We had a ruff start but it’s much better now the crew is awesome and repairs are all being well addressed everyone is on point they have gone threw transfer of new employees but you are on point now great job to everyone thank you all

This was my first home it was stressful but all in all a good buy

My wife and I are happy with our home. K. Hov kept us informed and updated through out the build out and the home turned out exactly how we envisioned it. The sales team here in Madera was great. Brian always took care of our questions and needs. The lending team which included Lorena and Linda were amazing and so easy to work with even through all the little hiccups. I was nervous about working with someone so remote for our loan but they exceeded my expectation and I really hope they get recognized for their great work and I’m sure it’s not just with my loan I am very appreciative.

Closing was too much of a rush. My construction manager was excellent

Kyle and Clay where both top notch in their professionalism and timely responses. Kyle especially made our purchase a better experience. I would have liked to have seen higher quality cabinets with dovetailed joints and roller bearing glides for this price range.

buyer be aware.... poor subcontractors, horrible electrical company they used, sheet rock was riddled with silver fish, still dealing with that problem, had to hire a bug control company. poor workmanship..... the sour lemon house

Dave, Anthony and the Mortgage Team were Awesome!!! Even during COVID (love, peace & blessings to those affected), Anthony still managed to meet all commitments on time and delivery a quality home! The things that stands out the most is Value!!! We were on a limited budget and were shopping for homes for about 6 months before finding KHov. With the current incentives and the help of our sales associate David, we were able to purchase a new build, in some cases less than existing homes and customized it to our liking. This is the part that Amazed us the most and with the interest rate at an all time low, we were able to stretch our dollar and secure a very affordable brand new home :) Thank you KHov... Very efficient home-building process. KHOV knows what they're doing!

The floor plans are nice but our development didn't come with gutters or exterior house lights. Our street is very dark at night and lot of time and money will have to be put into our home after closing.

Attentive to all details.

My new house is beautiful. My wife and I love it. One thing we don’t satisfy is the yard. It is bumpy.

Everything was great up until closing. My lawyer was struggling to get any paperwork from them and I had to call multiple people to find out where the closing was even going to be at.
