I've had the worst experience and it's such a shame as I was so excited to be a KHovnanian home owner. The lack of attention to detail is disheartening. When asking to remove the paint stains in the carpet before moving in caused a permanent stain on my carpet. The closet had to be redone for lack of sturdy completion. The closet fixer walked into my home and dragged all his muddy shoes on my carpet, pictures were taking and sent in, carpet cleaner hired, he was extremely aggressive with his services causing straches all over my walls ( mind you the paint stains on the carpet were not be able to be removed even though he was brought in for mud, so im living with stains on my carpet that I did not do,) concrete was called in for cracks needing to be fixed and now my master suite restroom is going to be gutted as the foundation is broken. I havent been able to use the left side of my restroom for the sinking whole. A new stranger will enter my home. Ive had 5 people eneter my home, in the middle of a pandemic, when i have elderly parents living with me, risking exposure for the lack of your worksman. Overall good experience. Would I purchase new construction in the future? Maybe not. There were a lot of cosmetic issues throughout the house that I feel were a result of rushed work. However that seems to be the nature of the game. For the price I think it was a great experience. Definitely recommend having a realtor and someone who understands the financial side, we did not have either and I feel like our experience suffered because of that. Overall I am very pleased with my new home.

Sales promised so many things (like Gourmet Kitchen, lower Cabinet in Laundry etc) and ultimately none of them were addressed as I felt they were more focused on selling homes and meeting or exceeding their sales targets and never seemed to consider the buyer as their customer. On the Contrary, the maintenance team led by the construction manager have been very prompt in their responses after closing the home to address any new or outstanding issues.

This is the first new tract home I have purchased after building my own home, and buying existing homes. KHOV exceeded my expectations. there were a few issues as expected, but they were handled professionally and promptly. Very please with my purchased

Excellent quality home, wonderful community, great staff, everything went very smoothly on schedule from sale, construction, lending. Everyone at KHOV I have interacted with has been AMAZING!

Overall it was ok, a few things were a bit disappointing. For instance the shower glass install was shotty. Didn't complain since I will behaving the bathroom remodeled. The people that work for the company are the high point of the experience. John and April.

We had been looking for homes for months. As soon as we saw this house we fell in love with it. Keith the Khov manager was super friendly and made us feel at home. Every concern we brought up was addressed in a timely manner . Karen the loan officer was very helpful and made our loan process easy. Grant the project manger was easy to approach and made us understand our home features . I thank Khov for having an amazing team to help us buy our home.

From looking at homes and signing paperwork to the building process and closing there was nothing less than incredible customer service and care from all involved from K.Hov.

My spouse fell in love with the home after seeing it for the first time. We had a very easy sales experience with Heba with no major problems. After moving in, it all went down hill. We had multiple GKO items identified in the first walk through that needed to be fixed as well as other identified items that we opened a ticket on to fix. Well, it's been 6 weeks since we move in our home and there has been almost no response from the builder on fixing them. I have worked with three different people now and they have all promised that certain items will be fixed but they never follow through. I am currently working with their supervisor to ty and get them fixed. For the price I paid for my home, the quality and lack of customer service has been extremely disappointing. ... More

Awesome staff, everyone treats you kindly and it’s not fake. You can tell everyone loves their job and great with people. It’s nice to have a company that doesn’t stop caring for you after closing! Kudos to everyone that helped with this process! You can see how prideful everyone is with their duties and making sure home owners are comfortable and happy. When the time comes and my family extends, my next purchase will be with K. Hovnanian® Homes once again. Thanks for everything, best wishes to everyone on the team!

Buying a house can be extremely stressful, but everyone I worked with at KHov made it seamless and exciting for me. I really enjoyed the process. I could have done without all the paperwork, lol. :) Huge shout out to Shauna, Mike, and Marcus at Cadence development for assisting me with all of my new homeowner questions and going out of their way to help me with any minor issues. I’m so happy in my new home and appreciate all the extra help I have received. Not sure what I’m gonna do when they are gone.

Had a minor issue with a warranty rep not creating a ticket and it not going to the right place, but the local warranty manager has been awesome! Overall, the house turned out as well, or better, than I hoped, and all the people involved in the process were fantastic.
