Sales was awesome, the communication from the builder was great the entire time. There were more items needing fixed or finished than I would have liked come closing day. A few of them still not complete a month after closing. I enjoyed working with all of their people during the process, I'd just be much more inclined to rate higher if the last few repairs would be complete at a much faster pace.

The overall experience was good. I did not like the one-sided contracts that say f the buyer and protect the builder. There was a lack of communication from the front office especially after I did my part to make sure that everything was ready for closing. We closed late and no communication was sent before the day of the original closing. I enjoyed working with Sammie because he was the only person who was honest about the whole process and was helpful even after I moved into the home. Very nice and genuine guy for sure. I love the community and have not experienced major issues.

The team overall was very helpful throughout the home buying process. Brandon Rolko was very upfront & down to earth while advising us and Bob & Kayla did a stellar job communicating throughout the build process and addressing concerns. There were some minor issues such as door framing that did not get fully resolved but overall we were very happy. Wish we would have known more about options communicated upfront, but we came in with an initially lower budget than we settled on. It was not clear to us that we had design room visit ability which would have been nice. The home build was much faster than expected and we had a good experience getting graded. We were lucky to settle on a home of our price in the current market, but did find it a bit expensive. QThe 3 men I worked with were responsive, very nice, and good at their jobs!

I first want to say that our sales person Melissa is absolutely amazing and an asset to your company. When we had trouble reaching our construction managers, she was able to get them to respond. Up until the point that we got our keys, it was an amazing work relationship. Once we received the keys, things did not go so smooth. The communication was not very good. When we had problems, Melissa would be our go to, but it shouldn't be that way. Of the construction managers, Jeremy was the best with communication. All I need is a text, email, or phone call that says they are working on this or that. Don't get me wrong, we are very happy with the house. We have found ourselves doing a lot of work outside at the end we didn't expect. Yes, we have the keys, we own our home, but due to the poor communication we have more to do. It would be my suggestion that people not accept the house until all work is completed. Again, overall, we are happy with the construction of our house! It is well built. I went nearly every day to watch the progress. They appear to have followed the code and did a good job with construction. Melissa is an amazing person and we are happy we were able to work with her. Good company and easy to work with.

We really do love the end result! We are thankful and excited about how beautiful it turned out, especially as this is our first home! We would like other newbies to know that they may miss out by just simply not knowing. We felt like we were not informed well enough on particulars about the house that we simply did not know were options. For instance, we were advised heavily on things like hose bib and outside outlet placement and decor upgrades however, we did not hear a thing about gutters and didn’t know to ask about it! Overall extremely positive experience from working with Adriana, the design center, and weekly updates from John our GC. Our biggest issue is follow up regarding punch list items. Several items continue to be outstanding after 45 days post close with no guidance on when they'll be completed. Our house was also left a mess after the last set of subcontractors came thru to address some of the punch list items

Loan process was very good. First time I’ve seen flat paint in kitchen and bathrooms, usually semi-gloss. Just a few towel racks.

Our construction supervisor, Collin, was responsive and easy to work with. Our sales rep, Jerry, as well. Thanks guys!

Overall it was a great experience and we love our new home. It took a bit longer than we had anticipated and felt like things were rushed at the end to get us in.

I believe you need to walk your home 1-2 times per week to check options selected, quality and workmanship. You need to notify your builder weekly on what concerns you have and follow up weekly that they are addressed. If this happens you will get a home that looks good!

Great service but unfortunately the final touches in my house were subpar. The painting was ridiculous. I will be needing to paint the house again. If they can improve on quality inspection before handing the keys over then that would be great!

My overall experience with Khov for the Luke Landing property was a great experience. We had minor things that needed to be fixed. Traci and her colleague were superb in handling issues and answering question. The construction team also was great in resolving all the issues that came up in the process of our home being built.

Our sales rep, Rick was great. We believe that he went above and beyond to help us with all the issues that arose during our new home build. With the restraints of some building materials, with the help of Rick, we were still able to close on our home on the original given date.

Decent homes, ease of buying

The process was okay, but not the best for my first homebuying experience. There was a lot of lack of communication and just general issues that were shoved under the rug. I do not recommend the KHov Mortgage company at all. The woman assigned to me was new and did not answer any of my questions, instead just rushed me and tried to get my money. If I had to do it again I would be going with a personal lender.

My interaction with the sales consultant, builder, designer, associated KHov partnerships were all pleasant as everyone was nice and responsive. My only concern and reason for a 4 star is the material/craftsmanship of the home as I’m starting to notice more flaws, not great materials and bad craftsmanship.

Very nice people to deal with. There were some delays in the building process due to material delays. Not their fault. However, after the close of escrow we have had delays in getting needed repairs and finish work done. They are short handed right now and missing the mark on timely responses and work completion.

I just purchased my home and the experience was great. I love my new home. The staff were friendly and informative along the whole process. I am happy with my purchase. The price was good based on the market. I feel like this purchase was a great investment and I look forward to living in my home.

Everyone we interacted with was great. I am however not 100% satisfied with the quality of the work in certain areas such as the floors, garage foundation and others. However, the warranty department has not come to my home to review and hopefully fix these issues. For now, my rating right now is what it is but will hopefully improve based on my experience with the warranty department.

I do have good experience with khov except service tickets.

The closing was delayed by 2 months due to sewer issues. They did miss the garage door opener that was to be installed and now I have an ugly handle on my door. The biggest surprise to me was there was no thought for a hub for cable and internet. It's 2021? What the heck? Now we get to run ugly cables outside walls and drill holes in our brand new home. Not very thoughtful on the builders part. The best part of the process was working with the staff from Mike my sales man and my weekly calls from my superintendent Alan and my walk thru with Lori. Such great people. Had it not been for the late closing, the garage door opener and even more of a bother the fact they did not consider internet function in new construction I would have given them a Great! ... More
