The builder's in-house mortgage lender and their folks were phenomenal. Professional, courteous, prompt to respond to emails and phone calls, and they were able to get me a great rate in a very short turn-around time.

Khovanian experience was simple, clear and generous with the home quality they delivered.

In the beginning there was a lot of support. Once the contract was signed and the home building was moving along that changed. I was being put in the middle between the home builder, construction manager and finance company. I had one person tell me to get with the other and there was a serious lack of communication. It was not a pleasant experience. Also when I moved into the home, the floors were still very dirty and had sticky residue on the floors from the adhesive used to lay the floor. The basement had water backed up prior to me moving in and now the floor in the basement is still extremely direct and I cannot get the crud from the flooding off the floor. My yard grade was absolutely horrid and I had to deal with the inspector coming out to the house 3-4 times because the builder was not responsive to the request of the grating being corrected. The house still has the black driveway barriers there as I could not lift out of my yard as it’s too heavy. The backyard still has debris which is a safety hazard. ... More

From the beginning when inquiring about the homes to the loan process and then the signing the staff was there for me every step of the way. Every time I had a question or concern the staff a KHovnanian were there to help put my mind at ease. Would highly recommend.

We have never purchased a new home construction before so me having somethin to compare it to does not exist. We are throughly satisfied with the whole experience from our sales man Peter to our construction manager Charlie. I was getting updates on the build process daily and sometimes more than once a day at times. I was pleased with the quality and craftsmanship that went into our build and would diffently recommend this builder to my friends and co-workers.

Steve has been a great help throughout the whole process very responsive. Unfortunately other than that construction managers have been moved around and we eventually had to have Keith involved and now have his direct contact so hopefully things get fixed 7 weeks after gold key presentation.

It was a really great experience purchasing with them. I am extremely satisfied with the communication throughout and speedy follow up on questions. Everyone was very nice and thorough. The process was painless. Overall an awesome experience!

Our sales rep Patty is the best! She worked with us through many challenges, including issues caused by COVID and the California wildfires, to ensure we got our ideal home on an amazing lot

1. The foundation had a chunk of concrete missing. 2. The cabinets in the kitchen was missing paint 3. The walls throughout the entire house was half painted. 4. The drywalls had multiple texturing imperfections 5. The sink pedestal was installed off centered and rotated 6. The side walk and the front porch had a height difference causing a trip hazard. 7. The drain pipe in the master bathroom tub wasn't properly installed which caused the cap to constantly fall into the tub. 8. All of the towel and toilet paper fixture were literally dangling on the walls 9. the drip pan to the hot water heater was bent at a 90 degree angle and forced into place 10. The wiring to the surround sound was installed less than 2inches from the air vent making it impossible to install speakers. 11. The tile near the tub was cut 1\2 inch too short, instead of re-cutting the piece the installer filled it with grout. 12. The refrigeration unit makes a clunking noise each time in shuts off ... The front line people who I interacted with the most were great and did everything they could to provide a good service to me. The management team was a big disappointment.

I feel great to be a part of KHOV. Loved the house quality/design that come with our homes. Only part i want KHOV to improve is about having better communication with buyers. When buying dreams(homes) buyers don't want to have false promises. Thank you.

The whole process of buying our home was smooth and surprisingly easy.

Khov does not hold their contractors accountable particularly their HVAC system. In Arizona, a good HVAC system is vital. Three months in and no solution in sight.

I Didn't Appreciate The Disrespect He Showed Me, In Our Conversations. On The Positive Side Our Sales Rep. Caleh Was Awesome!! He Was Very Professional & Helpful Returned Calls Right Away.
