Great house; everything I was looking for.

The salesman Nate was great at helping put the house i wanted together. The constructing manager Jessica was attentive to any questions or issues i had during construction.

This has been a challenging year. We started the process just before Covid started and were not sure how all would turn out. If it was not for such individuals as Bob, Jody, Monique, Renicia, and Natalie....I am not sure that I would be writing this today. They all played a part in making sure we not only closed Escrow but we were just as happy at the end of the transaction as the beginning. We are very happy to call Creekside Preserve our Home. Thank you all again!

The team working in Dry Creek Village was amazing, responsive, professional, and very thorough. This team made the home buying experience as stress free as possible. I appreciate all of their help and their answering of every single question I ever had. My new home is everything that I imagined it would be. I give this team 5 stars across the board because they have earned them.

Our Experience with Paul was great. He took time to explain everything and listened to our asks. He also made sure that we focused on the principal things that matters and above all gave us a very good listening ear. The closing was also great as we stock to the budget that we set out initially. Bannon was a very good listener and great at explaining and getting things done faster. Overall, it was an awesome experience that we enjoyed. Have recommended KH to my friends to work with Paul and Bannon.

Sales agents Claire and Neesha, superintendent Mark and home owner services manager DeeDee have all been outstanding. They are all engaged, attentive, competent and a joy to work with.

This is my first house and I am stunned with how beautiful it is. The house looks great and everyone we've worked with has been attentive and very helpful.

While I love my new home, I found communication with the company to be difficult and lacking in the final month of the process.

We were surprised by how inflexible they were. Also, the house was cleaned nicely but they left a bunch of scrap and junk in the easement ditch on our lot behind the home. We will have to live with this unsightly situation until spring and then will have to clean it up ourselves or pay someone to clean it up. We were told they will level the yard somewhat and put down straw which did not happen

I like the attention they gave me when i purchased my home

Our first contact was on a virtual tour with Bill B. He was professional, he answered all our questions, and we were excited about visiting after. All communications were with our realtor through the whole process. The Sales Office was a large part of helping us make a decision to purchase. Luckily for us we had Bill B.us all the way.

We bought a model home so we knew we were going to do some renovations and knew the stuff we were replacing was cheaper quality. Overall, we really love our home and are happy with it. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall score would be 4.75 stars.

KHOV, I truly hope this review gets elevated to your upper management. Our experience started in June 2020. We’ve had multiple quality and construction issues through the building process. You guys need to perform your own quality inspection thought each construction phase frame, sheet rock and finishing. Absolutely crazy that you can install the wrong color counter tops twice. Sheet rock had multiple bows. Drywall finish issues thought the House especially where they replaced the counter tops. No one even bothered to paint the repairs, they just textured them. Sliding rear door wouldn’t close correctly. I mentioned it to the construction manager and they addressed it, but it’s not the customer responsibility to do someone’s else’s work and point things out. Not to mention I have a cooktop since October 30th that I can’t use because of damaged leaking gas on cooktop. It goes back to not performing self inspections. It’s seems to me that upper management is more worried about meeting a deadline and closing on a specific date than the quality of your product. ... More

Great builder. Communicated throughout the whole process. They gave updates weekly and was willing to work with you on things would like to add.

Great Home, Great Construction Manager, They give 30 days after move in to see things that might have missed in walk through. That is Great , Love it

They are prompt and very helpful

Love the house, but disappointed with the design where the wall is behind the basement entry door. I cannot fit or take big furniture items down the stairs because the wall behind the basement entry does not allow maneuvering. If I had known I could not fit big furniture ( couch) down the basement. I would have added the walkout to the back yard as another option. This is critical to mention to new buyers!
