K. Hovnanian® Homes Reviews

The front line people who I interacted with the most were great and did everything they could to provide a good service to me. The management team was a big disappointment.

I feel great to be a part of KHOV. Loved the house quality/design that come with our homes. Only part i want KHOV to improve is about having better communication with buyers. When buying dreams(homes) buyers don't want to have false promises. Thank you.

The whole process of buying our home was smooth and surprisingly easy.

Khov does not hold their contractors accountable particularly their HVAC system. In Arizona, a good HVAC system is vital. Three months in and no solution in sight.

The team is extremely friendly and helpful. The K Hovnanian team made my first home buyer experience a great one. The team is extremely friendly and helpful!

Our Construction Mgr. @ Seabrook, De Was Very Condescending !! He Treated My Daughter With No Respect, Her Being My Representative. I Have Been In The Construction Trades For The Last 50 Yrs. I Didn't Appreciate The Disrespect He Showed Me, In Our Conversations. On The Positive Side Our Sales Rep. Caleh Was Awesome!! He Was Very Professional & Helpful Returned Calls Right Away.

Wonderful home at Potomac Trace! We are extremely happy with the quality and service for our new build and would purchase from K.Hov again.

Builder was excellent to work with especially after we moved in to our home.

We are pleased with our homebuying experience.

Good buying experience with KHOV.

I’m so glad that I bought this home. It’s easy to reach out to them when I needed help.

Great team to work with.

The team was very professional

WELL THE ONLY GOOD EXPERIENCE I GOT IN ALL THE PROCESS TO BUILD MY HOUSE WAS WITH THE ARCHITECT WHO WAS ON POINT EVERY TIME WHEN I HAVE AN ISSUE.. THE SELLER, THE INTERIOR DESIGNER WAS AN STRUGLE, THEY NEVER HAD THE CORRECT DOCUMENTS WITH THE IMPOVEMENTS I WANTED (I BELIVE IN THIS PROCESS THAT IS VERY IMPORTANT) BTW I'M SO HAPPY WITH THE HOUSE DESING.

People involved with the sale were great.

Really very Professional and know their job

Sales person Vicky was OUTSTANDING!! Very responsive and pleasant!! The building process was VERY well coordinated by Dave! Never a day without someone working on it!! Delivery was on time!!

They keep you informed along the way and are very proffesional.

Do your homework when you get ready to buy a home, you get what you pay for

Good Quality . Only need to improve on communication during closing

Finished home is perfect for what we were looking for. Aside from a couple light switches being in strange places everything is functioning as it should and seems well built. Communication, to me, seemed to lack a little bit when came time to close but they did a great job at working with us and in end it all came together. But covid happened so I can't complain. We are certainly enjoying our new k hov home and so far no issues.

What a joke. Watch out they lie to you. Felt like I was buying a car anytime I talked to my salesman. Everything seems cheap in the house (although it does look nice). We had water in our basement 4 times. I think my wife cried once a week. Feel like the happy experience of buying a new home was robbed from us.

Builders are 100% honest and did everything they said they were gonna do. Outstanding

Had a great experience with the entire process

They are great builders and we look forward to enjoying our new home for years to come!
