Sale rep doesn’t listen or care. All they want is there paid check

Sales agent was superb to work with. Smooth transactions from down payment to closing. Interior finished product needs work. Clearly done quickly in order to move to next home. Under warranty so has to be fixed. Just would have been nice to have it done right to begin with.

It was a great experience overall.

The sales and construction teams have been great, very responsive. Overall, I think the quality is good and the house is well built. More attention could be paid to the wood trim/final painting. Cabinets, countertops and flooring were all good.

Sean was amazing and attentive to any concerns I had. He was extremely busy but still made time for questions I had. The house is great and everyone made the process as seamless as possible.

Quality of home was exceptional for the price, as was the workmanship.

Buying a home from this builder has been a dream come true. It was my first home ever bought. My foreman has been nothing but overly helpful when I have questions.

The process was made seamless with the help of the sales staff working in conjunction with the builder and the mortgage company. The continuous follow up, along with educating us on every step of the process was excellent.

They delivered earlier than expected.

The process went well, despite the situation of covid delaying things. We had a good experience, but felt our issues during walkthroughs wasn't taken very seriously.

Great value, friendly service, quality

The home did not come with what we were sold by our sales person. We were told that we were going to get a gas line into the back yard, pre wiring for cameras, pre wiring for alarm, drop station, cabinets above my refrigerator. These are all items that we were sold that the home wasn’t built with. I have had a plumbing issue since the day I moved in with my second bathroom, the toilet does not flush right. The first time someone showed up he said he didn’t have the correct tools and left, the second time someone showed up un announced while I was on my way to work and the third person who showed up told my husband that he was “just fulfilling a work order” and he mentioned that the lines need to be camera and he told the builder that and he doesn’t know why he’s here. Hovnanian Homes Magnolia at Westside are an excellent organization, very organized and professional in all their administrative procedures, the construction and their finishes are first class they have a very staff qualified I recommend this organization 100%

The Team at Luna Vista has been great. Being in the Industry myself for along time I feel Khov builds a great home! That is one of the reasons this is my second new Khov home. I am looking forward to spending the holidays in my new home. Thank you!

I would definitely recommend K Hovnanian to anyone searching for a home. The staff in every department was very responsive and helpful, made me feel at ease for me being a first-time homebuyer.

I had a wonderful process from the beginning. Every meeting to show progress of the house was scheduled in advance and I received a stellar walkthrough each time. Since I’ve been in the property I’ve not come across any issues and everything looks great. The home is beautiful and has all the characteristics my family desires. Overall I’m very happy with our K. Hovnanian home and will recommend them to others.

I had a issue with the way the driveway was formed. I talked to the sale guy, site Foreman, they both said they can't help me. So I talked to the area manager. She told me if I don't like it to take my money elsewhere.

What a great team. We still get great service even after the sale

Our construction manager was great, he provided weekly updates and was accommodating to all of our questions and requests.

Orlando was especially attentive and thorough which made our experience that much more pleasant.

First time buyer here. I was referred by a friend who moved into the neighborhood (same builder). Excellent quality/workmanship, house was built on time, and the finishings (selected by the designers since it was a spec home) turned out great. The contracting process was very thorough. The salesman (Dennis P) and the builder (Brent) were very helpful and responsive to my questions.
