This company are the best to go for. I am very happy to be with this family especially the staff, my loan officer Ms Jodie and my consultant Ms Rachelle they so sweet to work with. I really appreciate them and their work.

A lot of promises at the beginning to entice you to build, in the end, promises turn into misinterpretations. Quality of workmanship sucks. No pride in building trades anymore.

The finance team was awesome! After moving in, you see a lot of cheap materials and laziness. We love our house, but going to have to upgrade on our own.

Smooth process from start to finish. Great customer care and excellent service with Monica, our sales consultant, with Steve, our construction manager, and continuing even today with Melissa regarding the installation of our driveway. All questions were promptly answered and everyone did what they said they would do throughout the entire building process. My husband and I are very happy new home owners and, based on our experience, highly recommend K. Hovnanian Homes to others.

Disappointed in some buying experiences with KHOV. But overall we rate it a 4 star.

The staff from sales office was very responsive and helpful in any way possible to gets thins done with the challenges due to COVID-19. Really appreciate their support!

This was our second time building a home, but this experience was far beyond our best expectations! From first viewing a model to receiving our keys, the process was seamless and communication was impeccable. The entire staff was amazing, knowledgeable and experienced in the field. By the end, they felt like family. And our home is AWESOME, well-built and perfect for us. We would highly recommend K. Hovnanian Homes!

Very stressful process! Had to complain to get cosmetic issues fixed that clearly needed to be fixed. Construction manager did catch a few things before me and corrected them before I had to complain. KHOV waited until last minute to schedule walk through and should’ve been done at least a week prior to closing to have appropriate time to get everything fixed. Was told if I don’t close they could delay fixing the issues for months so felt forced to close so my interest rate wasn’t affected. Running across issues the longer I’m here. Can file warranty claims for some things that did get fixed correctly on walk through. Everything should have been done right the first time.... ... More

From the sales team to the delivery team and after support team we have been treated very well. The teams are very professional and care about us and their products.

brand new house full of bugs. Call customer service amd they said was our problem not theirs. Couldn't sleep as they were crawlinh all over even the beds. Inside the appliances and closets..very terrible experience.

We’re very pleased with our new home. There have been a few minor issues though KHov is on top of them and responds immediately. Everyone has been so nice and great to work with. Every step of the way they walk and guide you through everything. From the day we decided to buy the house through the day we closed they were there. Would definitely recommend and buy again from Khov. The quality of the products could be a little nicer though for the price we’re very happy with the final product.

I was extremely happy with the whole buying process! From start to finish Steven was very helpful and he made every process very smooth and easy. Lorena and Linda was amazing as well! I am very satisfied and am recommending everyone I know that wants to buy a new home to go through K Hov

I feel like the restrictions to the property are off putting.

Our first home buying process was very smooth, Nichole and Giorgio made sure to update us during the entire process.

Everyone on site is always very attentive and construction builders are constantly keeping you updated, very satisfied with Rick and Charlie.

My experience has been nothing but amazing. Everyone on the team are so helpful and available for questions from Sales, Mortgage and Construction. The entire process went so smoothly without any issues. Any concerns that I had were addressed and resolved timely. Definitely will recommend!! 5 Stars from me!!
