The lady showing the house (Beth) - terrible experience with her. Sorry to say not trustworthy. Good experience with Robert - site manager.

I have to commend the team here (Matthew, Kevin and Mark) for taking a rough situation and making it shine! Way to go....

Great work! Both seller and construction site manager were very helpful and were able answer all my questions.

I recommend KHOV for new home buyers.

Actually, I was going to send few lines to the builder through the sales agent about my home buying experience and final choice. However, this rating has summarized it all. The materials used in the building, as well as the appliances and fixtures are of very good quality. The space was maximally used to advantage! The company's representatives that I met and dealt with are honest and painstaking in attending and listening to the client! The sales agent appears innovative and friendly. We are Happy with almost everything

Great location, great sales service and maintenance services! Mid quality builders materials.

Home buying was simple and easy, and the price paid was valid for market price. The construction crew was great with performing touch ups, and bringing the painting crew back after move in. Salesman was good, and helpful. Mortgage company was terrible. They have 5 people doing almost the same job, and they would constantly call asking for the same information with no communication between each other. title company was great.

The whole process was nearly flawless. When construction started I visited the site 2 or 3 times a week, once the roof was on I started going by everyday. While walking the site, I was able to observe the quality of construction behind the walls, I saw everything being done, took photos of every aspect of construction. After move in, only a couple of minor issues that were handled in a day or two. Nearly done decorating and it's starting to feel like the home I was expecting!

We love our house!! We bought a spec home but it feels like we designed it. It’s everything we want and more. Khov employees have been amazing through this whole process. We have no complaints.

K. Hov has been extremely helpful from my first phone call to the sales consultant, Nia, to the final walk through with, Adam. They have answered our questions quickly and delivered exactly what was promised. The customer service after close has been very good as well.

I cant complain with any aspect of my home buying experience.

House was not ready when closed. VERY POOR WORKMANSHIP

Caleh and Lou were amazing throughout the process. They always took the time to answer any questions and always kept us informed of how things progressed.

Casey, our sales person, seemed genuinely happy to see us whenever we popped in. She was always our greatest asset in our quest for a mortgage and in attention to detail during the building process. Gabriel, our project manager, was as attentive as one could ask for. He was in communication with us practically every day. He and Casey were always on top of all our requests in the completion of our home. I could not be happier or adamant when I tell others what a great experience we had from start to finish.

We accepted a home that was started by others but had to leave the area because of a family emergency. We had previously toured the model homes and were impressed with all the available amenities. We began the purchase process and prior to moving in, we went examined the interior/exterior with a fine tooth comb. All our requests for repair, paint, etc. were completed within a very short period of time. The salespersons were very congenial, attentive and were able to answer all our questions to our satisfaction. There was no 'hard sell' as the homes spoke for themselves. The liaison for the repairs was in the area daily and when we had a question or request, he got on it right away, The entire Parkway Trails home sites are pleasing to the eye and are of the highest quality. Everyone made our first home a great experience.

High quality homes with attention to detail with great service!

Love the home. Beautiful modern design even though a little expensive for the area. Service has been good in general to issues after I moved in but builder is unwilling to address issues with sod as its not covered by warranty. Bough my last house from Toll Brothers and they changed half the sod in my lawn as it became a little yellow. Expected more from K Hovnanian as I paid twice as much for this home.

Great sales center experience - Liz was helpful from the start and kept appraised of the home construction progress. Construction went as planned (actually, a week or two ahead!). Good selection of home plans catering to different user needs. Sal was detailed during the first walk thru and so was Kevin during the customer orientation. I would like to see KHOV accommodate individual buyer's preferences (beyond the available options and design center selections). E.g., converting lanai to a screened lanai, different indoor paint colors, crown moulding, etc.

We love our new home! The GE packages are nice to look at, but definitely cheap products. The dishwasher sounds like it’s trying to find it’s way out of the house! It’s super noisy! Stove is ok but the bottom drawer feels like it’s made of tin, super flimsy. Microwave sounds like it needs to be oiled. But they look good, lol. Had to fix a sprinkler pipe and they used pipe not much thicker than a straw. I didn’t know they even made pipe thinner than schedule 40! They build these houses so fast that there is no attention to detail. We replaced the vinyl, stick on, wood looking, flooring with ceramic wood tiles and found BIG pieces of cut, leftover sewer pipe. It was down in the pipe with a pile of toilet paper on top of it. This was when we removed the toilet for the floors to be tiled. Glad we found that before it clogged and backed up! No weed barrier under the bark in the front yards so weeds coming up non stop. Gutters are waves an full of leftover roofing materials and debris. Outlets in the garage aren’t powered enough for our refrigerator. Keeps popping breaker. Although we feel the price was fair, they could definitely do a few things better and have a beautiful product if they wanted to! Company and employees are great to work with but they are defunded a lot of pressure to get things done fast. They’re super busy trying to fix and repair things so they haven’t been able to coordinate a time to fix things for us yet but I trust they’re trying. They say they are, anyway. They have nice employees. We have a lot of little things that need to be attended to. I would recommend this company, just be prepared to replace a few things and be patient. We have great neighbors so far and that’s probably the best thing about moving in! ... More

Our experience with K. Hovnanian was amazing. Everyone from the salesperson to designers to construction manager to closing were really helpful and answered all our questions and concerns. Our new home is so beautiful. Thanks Khovnanian.
