I was very satisfied throughout the process as well as the simplicity of it. Great experience.

I expect more value for the money, the appliances are cheap and malfunctioned after 1 use. We're still waiting for items to be repaired after being in our home a month.

The whole buying experience is very intimating. However, Steven, Vickie and Roy made this process very seamless and smooth, My family and me absolutely love our new home and would diffenently buy from K.Hovnanian again in the future.

The KHOV process was made as smooth for us as possible, and we love our home. We had the builder Tim, the sales associate Saul, and the loan advisor Mrs. Mason work with us throughout the whole process, and they went above and beyond to ensure we received our home promptly. I would say that we were given a lot of incentives that we used towards our home upgrades and have enjoyed the benefit of being the first member of the community to live here in KHOV Fowler. There were a few difficult times with communication, as some plans went on ahead without our approval from higher up. The home designer was an issue as there was minimal communication from her. However, we managed to work past it. There are a few items we wished KHOV would have honored, such as allowing us to put in our wood floors, putting in our sprinkler system, adding our sod instead of the standard bark, changing the colors of the house, or putting in our own purchased carpet, but every housing community is different. We advise that during the gold key walkthrough that you take your time observing any fixes looking at every corner, under every shelf, and asking questions about anything, you seem unsure. Bring someone with you who is knowledgable about building homes. Like I mentioned before, turn to someone knowledgeable about homes and upgrades as sometimes it might be cheaper to buy things at Lowes than to get the top upgrades from the home designer. Rest assured, though, that the people who helped us with our process were very knowledgeable and would not allow anything to go wrong because they genuinely cared about our satisfaction. Everything went as planned and in a timely matter. They made it as easy as people, Love my new home!!

This is the fifth house I have built and second with KHov. The first time the builder was a little more accommodating on a few little things like landscape and tree choices and location of them. Here we had no choice and the plants are not great quality and we will be replacing half of them. I am also concerned that one tree might be dead but will wait until spring to see how it comes back after the winter. We also bought our own kitchen pendant lights and the first builder installed them. On this home they wouldn’t. Overall these are minor things but it does affect the overall experience. During the construction, the general contractor was changed 4 times. We had issues with the constitution and was very difficult to get a response. The sales person and contractor were not coordinated. We didn't have the opportunity to get a predrywall inspection. We tried getting a meeting with someone higher than them, but no one made themselves available to hear about the issues and concerns we were having.

Dave was always there for us. There were major miscommunications from the Sales team and the Design center. We were promised things that Dave wasnt able to deliver. He did his best and was great, but it made our experience less than desirable. We would give Dave 5 stars and everything else a 3.

This is not a custom home, I repeat, this is not a custom home. They build them as fast as they can and try to cover up as much as possible. You have to be thorough in your own inspections and stay on top of the contractor to make sure the issues actually get fixed.

We had a few homes drawn up by other companies over the years. K.Hov was honest, clear, thorough and a total joy to work with. The experts they have bring so much experience and talent. We were walked through the entire process and were confident and pleased with the work from start to finish. Erica, Dave, and Rafiel were very kind and professional. The designers were knowledgable and helpful. We are so pleased to be in a home we love, in a lot nation we love, and with wonderful new diverse neighbors. We could not be happier!

When we started the process with Damaris she made it sound so easy, well it was she is very professional and was on top of every single detail. Then the ladies at the office Jody was great, and the building Manager out of this world, even Marcelo who is the guy that comes around checking the houses at night and cleaning garbage from the garage was amazing.

Example of issues that should be taken care at the beginning: * door entrance could see light from outside * power in one room did not worked, * outside trim not painted correctly * garage open broken ( did any one tested) * it took 3 weeks to complete the list of the walk before closing ( if I am correct it was suppose to be completed 3 days when we got keys of the house) * we purchase a home to enjoy it not to get point out to people thing they did wrong and have to deal with fixing 3 weeks after closing) * from beginning house plans were not done as we agree . Error by salesman) *

I am so glad we waited for the right time, the right location and the right home builder to build our dream home. The entire process, from sales to design to construction and building, was fun and exciting and stress free. What a wonderful team you have at this location! They are all feel like family to us and we cannot thank them enough. We love our new home.

So far so good we had some minor issues, but it got resolved in timely manner.

The team, especially our salesman Chuck were awesome during the entire process.

They did a great job. Javier the builder is a great person with a good attitude and if there was something we didnt like he was there to change it and make the customer happy. This is a big plus in my book, me being a contractor you do what ever it takes to make your customers happy. Also the sales team were great and always kept us updated on the build of my New Home. I will recommend them to anyone

The building process was smoother than expected and a lot faster completion date than expected. The project manager was very helpful throughout the process with whatever questions or concerns I had.

Window issues, heating issues, painting issues, custom shutter issues, electrical issues. However I am Confident they will take care of my issues.
