K. Hovnanian® Homes Reviews

Great experiences!

Excellent work quality. Profesional people to work the process.

The employees at K. Hovnanian Homes are so good to work with. I love the use of the square footage in the home. It is a great space for me and my girls. The neighborhood id in a great location with both schools so close that my kids can walk to school It's been an amazing time saver for me in the morning.

I would highly recommend KHovnanian Home Builders to anyone who wants to purchase a new home. We expected the process of building our first home to be extremely overwhelming and were hesitant to begin the process, however we were supported 110% of the way from start to finish. From the sales person who went out of her way to provide support and superior customer service, to the design center where we were able to choose all of our finishes. We were able to work within a budget we could afford and couldn't be happier with the value, craftsmanship, and quality of our new home. We still can't believe we own our first home and are stunned at how beautiful it is. Initially, we had a great deal of anxiety, but the loan officer was able to answer our questions and was more than helpful. When closing on our new home, I had to close without my husband who couldn't be there, however the process went very smoothly and I was in and out of the closing without any issues. Best of all, I cannot forget the Senior Community Construction Manager. He was thorough, obsessive compulsive about every single detail and was always available to me for everything. If I ever had any issues, he took care of them immediately. Each of the meetings I had with him were informative and I always left feeling good about the process. Our home was delivered in time to meet our personal request, as we were nearing the end of our lease. We were pleasantly surprised each and every time we visited our home through the building process, and we couldn't be happier today! The construction manager still continues to reach out to make sure we are happy, and we sincerely appreciate his outstanding customer service! Khovnanian went WAY BEYOND exceeding our home buying expectations! The entire team deserves an A+ for customer satisfaction! ... More

Laundry list of issues with the house before we even moved in. Many items still haven't been fixed. Sales reps are great until you give them a deposit. The house was clearly rushed and I am sure we will experience more issues down the road.

Very happy with our purchase and the home that was delivered to us.

Home was delivered on-time . Walk through went great. Deborah - sales agent was superb.

My husband and I were very happy with our experience during our process of buying our home. K Hovnanian’s team was always professional and helpful to all of our needs with home buying.

My responses reflect the nature of construction and the workmanship provided. We have had numerous warranty issues and found multiple points of careless installation practices. If it wasn't for your sales team and their commitment to deliver on good customer service and product, much of our issues would have gone unaddressed with "canned" responses from our designated home warranties manager. The price we paid for the home is not reflective in the product delivered or the care after the home was turned over. I have purchased a new home in the past from a national builder and K Hovnanian's competitor and did not have the number of issues I am experiencing with this home. ... More

Very happy with everything. Monica, nick, and jake. Thanks again.

We are first-time home buyers and a K.Hovnanian home was one of the homes, we visited and decided to buy. The entire process was smooth and well guided through ar every step. The walkthrough was very helpful. The closing process was also smooth.

the drawers in the kitchen, they are not of much quality, they are neglected and they leave the rail

They made the buying and building process as seem less as possible. They were true to their word and provided the services and amenities sold.

Anna was amazing from the start to work with . I will be taking more buyers if potentially buy again.

My experience with KHov has been great. They make the home buying and building process easy and not stressful. I worked with Bob G. on the office side, Tom S. on the field side, and Grace P. on the mortgage side, all of them were very nice, honest, and responsive. Three things stood out to me in this process. One, there were never any surprises or hidden items that popped up. The price was the price and all extras were provide to me prior to my selection process and the extra prices always stayed the same. Two, the build process and quality, they built my 2500 sqft home in 5 months start to finish and the quality was great and with the 1 year home warranty there is a piece of mind that they will take care of any issues post closing. Three, the communication with the builder. I am an involved type of person and had questions throughout the build process and Bob, Tom, and Grace always had quick, clear, and honest responses for me. I highly recommend KHov to anyone that asks. ... More

Love our home! Any issues we’ve had have been addressed quickly!

Not very responsive, organized or proactive about repairs/fixes but customer service is friendly. Great value for the home and it was beautifully built

I had an independent house inspector and another contractor tell me how good the construction was! Anne, our saleslady was so very helpful as well as Steve the construction manager and Ryan the construction supervisor.

I would highly recommend purchasing a K. Hovnanian Home! I am getting settled in and I just love my new home. it's beautiful!

Great builder

We love our new home! We couldn’t have asked for a better team to help with creating our home. Every step of the process was smooth and went without a problem. So happy we went with K.Hovnanian! Thank you so much!

We had never built a home before, so we didn't know what to expect. During the process we were kept informed about everything, and everyone we dealt with was professional but friendly. They were truly concerned that our house met our specifications and all of our questions we're answered. Overall a great experience and a great home!

KHOV organization and Team Members are trustworthy, friendly, dependable, and play win to win. They are professionals at what they do. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I have become a fan of KHOV and would definitely recommend them to buyers of a new home.

Entire process from the initial sales appointment throughout construction and after closing, interactions with Shane, Steve, Bruce and Josh have been most helpful and responsive
