When it comes to buying a house it is not an easy process... We were looking for months until we met Crystal. She made the process unforgettable and for that we are truly grateful.

Great builder, and quality homes!

Overall experience was great... Jean, our sales rep was great, couldn't ask for a better person to help us with whats really a big time consuming and stressful process....Rich, Greg, from corporate, helped out with getting some things taken care of in the build process, so was our production manager Steve...and Ryan...as a contractor I know how difficult it is to mange a build, deal with subs and then deal with customers....Steve does a great job....We are happy with the quality of the home, probably the best built "new Construction you can get without going semi custom or custom built...My wife and I are happy in our new home.... P.S. The Experience with their mortgage company was why they didn't get 5 stars from me and I would probably need a much "bigger incentive" if I ever needed to go through them again...completely unprofessional, i felt i got my mortgage, at 711...sorry 711... ... Beautiful homes and amazing people!

The sales and design staff did a wonderful job with helping us visualize the home we wanted. From breaking ground to final walkthrough the construction manager Steve was very responsive and accommodating to our needs and built us the home that is exactly what we had always wanted. We have recommended KHOV to our friends, family and prospective buyers too!

After settling in to our new home we have notice more little issues with finishings. Between excess spackle around ceiling lights to a rough area on the hand rail for the stairs. It has been the little things we have noticed now. Just the fit and finish we thought was great at first is not the best. They have been quick to respond and fix any issue we reported. They care that we are happy with our home.

This was my first time purchasing a home. I was nervous because people told me horrible experiences that made me scared. My experience was completely opposite, just amazing. I really appreciate, Tara, David, and Todd from Leeland station. They made my experience the absolute best, and i couldn’t be happier.

My first contact with the company was Crystal. She made things easier than it actually is ....which really made the difference. She gave us hope when we thought there was no hope...She gave us the impression "you can do this" and sure we did. She was our first rock and source of inspiration. Without putting full names out there, Ava, Lisa our loan processors, and Alex my builder who put the pieces together to give us this astounding architecture that we now proudly call "our Home". Our home was ready before the stipulated time....yes ..it was built that fast ....it was almost like a magic. We could not thank K.H.H enough. The process from the time we chose our lot to the completion of the build and walk through was very easy and seamless. From the sales staff to the builders themselves the experience as truly amazing.

We moved into our home a little over a month ago. We could not be happier with the end result product.

Very poor workmanship! No consistency and no quality control conducted during construction and final touches.

The sales team is all smiles when you are considering buying a home. They make you feel very welcome and they also commit to delivery dates that they aren't going to make. The date on the contract means nothing. The construction manager will appear super nice, and deliver late, all for the sake of so-called quality. The house looks good to the naked eye, but there are several poor design choices, even when it come to placing an air vent above the Master Bedroom's door, therefore compromising privacy for the owner(s). They might as well be an open window constantly blowing air in the Master Bath. There is a vent that exhaust to the roof, making noise anytime the wind blows. Of course this is not featured in the model homes, bc you wouldn't buy it! Highly disappointed with the upgrade to a third car garage, only to get a 2.5 car garage, given only a clown car can fit in the other side of my garage. The only helpful person thus far, post signing, is the Warranty Manager, but there's nothing they can do re: my real issues with the build. Lastly, beware of the design center. They will try to sell you the moon, stars and the sun. They will also ask if you want ceiling fans, which basically means do you want ceiling lights, bc everyone only has ceiling fans as lighting, right? No! ... More

We were not there during construction, but spoke to the sales rep, Kelsey, often. She was always knowledgeable of the process and always quick to respond to any of our concerns. A pleasure to work with.

The community is GREAT!! From sales to the project manager - EVERYONE is professional and helpful. Nick was our sales agent. Tom is the project manager- BOTH have been outstanding! The quality of our home is AMAZING for the price.

We had some high expectations on our purchase of this home, but it was met with poor execution, poor supervision on the trade labor, and poor follow up to correct issues. This wasn't all bad, but if you are buying from this group, then make sure you have the ability to watch each step of the process closely as you will quickly get frustrated with the execution if it's not supervised properly. If executed correctly, it could be a wonderful home.

Overall I am having very positive experience with K.Hov. K.Hov team is very responsive and supportive. Having issues with some appliances and K.Hov team is very helpful to address those issues.

I've built several homes. This was by far the best experience.

Salesman was horrible. Lied to us about many things and failed to offer us any options including lights. For the price we paid we expected a lot more out of the house. We moved in and the house has many flaws that still need to be fixed. The carelessness in building the house could have been dealt with if they took the time when building the house. We were told they focus on 3 houses at a time but that wasn't true.
