So disappointed and feel totally duped. K. Hovnanian Homes is nothing what it claims to be. First they installed a ADA kitchen in my home without disclosing this to me. I have a dishwasher that was installed that is not what I paid for and no one will discuss this with me except to say that the township mandated that all kitchens be ADA compliant. Total lie. They installed my “luxury flooring”, cheap linoleum on a concrete slab. Needless to say it is cold, hard and very uneven. The woodwork and painting is horrendous. The valves are plastic. K. Hov homes are of great quality. I was very pleased with my new home. Every person I came in contact with during the buying process was awesome. I love the incentives they offered during the buying process as well. Thank you K. Hov for an all around great buying process!

Since purchasing this house, I’ve noticed a poor quality build using cheap materials. Only two months old, and things are already falling apart, including the cabinet, dishwasher, and especially the AC unit. The cheap vinyl flooring looks like a vinyl tablecloth that tears easily. There are many other issues to mention, but I’ll spare you the details. Don’t be fooled by those paid reviews that ask you to give them a 5-star rating. It’s a one-sided relationship, like scratching your back and getting scratched in return. I hope you understand what I mean.

Home warranty team supervisor fails to call you back when you request a phone .call. Lack of communication with team member and office. I have had issues since January and have requested numerous time with team.member to have his supervisor call me and she never did. I even went into my portal and requested a supervisor to call me and they never did. Bad follow up from office.

We are extremely disappointed in how things are being handled and decided upon with warranty issues.

We are very pleased with our new Tacoma home and the location of the neighborhood. We are close enough to enjoy coastal Delaware restaurants and the beaches but quiet enough for busy in season days.

This is my third home and proud to say it is my forever home. Great people easy to deal with from start to finish . Best home buying experience ever. Will recommend Cane Crossing to everyone I know.

Buying process was really quick and straight forward no hiccups..we have a beautiful home in which we love I just wish there was better appliances to match the price tag.other than that the properties are amazing and beautiful and the scenery and breeze on my back porch is amazing all season long. I wish we had a park instead of a pond something for families to do other than that it's plenty of space and the people are really nice we stick together and really help each other from lights to fencing.we don't regret our purchase..best home builders ever..we felt like family not just a check or a number we didn't even notice we were really purchasing a home lol..amazing ... We purchased one of their Jefferson homes with four bedrooms, and we absolutely love it. The living space is spacious and bright, and the quality of the materials used is top-notch. We’ve received so many compliments! From our first visit to closing, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. We would highly recommend K. Hovnanian Homes to anyone looking for a new home.

We had a very pleasand and smooth experience from our 1st time meeting Kim, our Sales Rep, to our final walkthrough with Tito, who explained everything in detail. Even after moving in and finding very minor issues, Kristie in the warranty dept, was exceptional in her making sure that the contractors were scheduled promptly, that that quality of the work was good,, and her follow-up after to assure we were happy with the work really put us at ease.

As first time homebuyers, we are glad we bought a Khov home. The home buying process was hassle free and their team was quick to answer all our concerns and questions.

Purchase experience with Sales was very good. However there were quite a few items found post closing that could have been corrected if there was more attention to detail. The items found impacted several home systems-heating, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry. Most were minor but had to be corrected. Warranty worked out all issues quickly and we were satisfied with the result. Some materials seem to be of lower quality—for example the windows are very drafty in a windy environment.
