My whole experience with Neesha, Claire, Kevin and Joe was the BEST I have ever had with the personnel of a home builder. I love the finished product! The detail into which I was totally involved with was a great experience!!

We had a great experience with K. Hovnanian. The people are great to work with, the quality of the home is excellent as well as top of the line features in the home.

Everyone in KHoV was amazing to work with! From my sales rep Paul, all the way to my KHAM mortgage agent, Andrew, the buying experience was simple and easy.

Everything was a smooth easy process

To begin with the house is lovely but nobody seems to care about our punchlist . we did a walk-through that was useless almost none of the issues were addressed we moved in and they continue to be either ignored or discredited . when there are some serious issues such as bathrooms flooding because of inappropriate or ill placed glass enclosures tile floors that are pitched the wrong way . our glass sliding doors are very difficult to open and close there’s lots of leakage of water and air the air conditioning duct system was a joke too. I had to have it repaired myself . the cabinetry finish is damaged or I’ll applied . These issues are to name a few. We have emailed phone called and spoke to many representatives of this builder to little avail ... More

Matthew and Buddy are very honest and trustworthy. Two very easy people to do business with.

The process of buying, designing and building my home was made possible by these four people. It was the most positive experience that I ever could have imagined. Each of these stages of the process were handled by these professionals who were extremely knowledgeable in their area of expertise. Both Lisa and Sam worked side by side with my husband and I. Any question or concern we had, we would get a response quickly. Sam made sure to give us weekly updates on the progress of the house. We had the best experience for our first home purchase!

It was a good experience with the builder's team. the quality is above average.

Through out process poor communication lack of updates. Repeated delays. Port quality workmanship. Cement problems, plumbing problems, siding problems, trim problems, paint and drywall problems floor problems, the list goes on. Everywhere I look something isn’t right. Disappointing. Frustrating. Now faced with being home for multiple appointments to correct what should have been identified prior to close! The only pleasant process was the mortgage process. Ben and Pete were communicative knowledgeable and available.

Wonderful experience. They were with me every step of the way and guided me to the finish line. This was the least stressful experience I've ever had buying a home. I love that they have a mortgage company and homeowners insurance company available and the rates are fantastic.

It was our first time building a home and I enjoyed that I didn’t have to pick the small details because the packages they provided included everything we wanted. The sales representative and project manager was great. Everything was seamless and their was only small delays regarding light fixtures but nothing major which is to be expected during a pandemic. All in all it was a great experience and I will be building again with them in the future.
