Professionally built and good quality.Sales agents,loan officers,title officers were all very accommodating and gave help and assistance throughout the process.Some minor repairs are needed and homeowners service are always there to fix.

Excellent home buying experience! It was a pleasure working with Iman and the rest of the KHOV team. Iman was very professional and went out of her way to accommodate our requests and got us the best deal possible. I will recommended Iman and KHOV to all my friends and family.

There were lots of offers. We paid for changes and upgrades for our home; however, Tyler never gave us the opportunity to pay for an office door and a deck which we really wanted. Since he did not offer us the opportunity to upgrade or select those options, we believed it was included in the price of the house. We were very specific and clear to him that we wanted our house with the same options as the model home. That’s why we asked for the upgrade of the guestroom with full bathroom, the Sun deck with the a lamp and the office . Exactly as the the model house. That did not happen. We were left with an office with no doors and what bothers us more is that our garage was used to store office doors for one of our neighbors. During the construction of our house in our garage was a door for the office. That is the reason why we did not say anything earlier because we thought those doors were for our office. When we were told that our office came without doors and no deck, it was too late to cancel our contract resulting in never trusting a salesperson again. We felt tricked and even complained and asked Tyler if he thought we did not have the money to buy upgrades. There should be no reason to trick people to buy your houses. ... More

We recently purchased a home in Roseville. Our community, Firefly is non HOA and neighbors are friendly. Our builder’s agent Tracee and construction manager were awesome and responded promptly to questions or concerns and gave us updates as needed. I just wish that a patio came with it but that is an upgrade! Our house came with some upgrades and kitchen looks fabulous. It is a smart home and would have been helpful to get more specifics on this. We are, however, disappointed KH warrant service department. We requested assistance with. a few things and only received emails that a manager would contact us. So far no one has called or responded. There was a broken piece on the fence before we moved in and that is not fixed yet. Also fence paint job by the subcontractor is awful. We will need to fix that. It’s was a smooth Everyone was great to work with and my our transition good

The drywall finishing inside the house looks good…but on the garage it is the worst I have ever seen. It would be better to not do anything, like for me that I choose finish the garage would be way better.

Home buying process very easy, explained very well. Awesome sales and building team, quality work and overall experience is very smooth. No hassles at all.

Awesome experience going through the home buying process. Everything went smoothly even with supply issues. Every week we received a update on what was being worked on at the home. The house looks amazing and greatly appreciate all the hard work that was put into it. Buying the home was great.

Not to the expectations

They will lie to your face to get you to sign than don’t care. I was told my house would not be near the townhomes in the community and was total lie. They did bad job installing cabinets and damaged them and made me point it out to get them replaced. House was not finished but forced closing. Don’t use there finance company. I asked to use my own title company and was ignored until it was to late. Over charges closing costs to the point it goes above 4%. If I did not need the house, I would have walked away.

Alison and Marcus were fantastic to deal with throughout the process.. Even when they were off and I would message questions I always got an response same day.. They stand by the work that they do and that is amazing.. My son and I are in love with the house... I am sure I am forgetting names here but everyone was fantastic.. Highly Recommend...

The sales staff was honest and helpful. I was always up to date on issues and production. The service staff, Logan, Joe and Kenny went out of their way to ensure we were heard and worked with us to resolve our issues at closing and after we took possession of the property.

Overall was a great and very smooth process!!

Bad. never again, these guys are amateurs.

My experience had it's ups and downs but the team that I worked with was amazing. They listened to my concerns and addressed all of them.

I don’t know how Gilbert, my sales consultant, and Mikey, the construction manager, could have made my experience of buying a newly built home any better. The two of them worked very well together and went well beyond my expectations. They are the gold standard in my book. Oh, and what a well-built home I now have! Thanks K. Hovnanian...

As a first time homebuyer I could not have been happier with the service I received by everyone I interacted with during the whole experience.

Disappointing. When you put down money for a new home you don't expect it to be messy when you move in and to constantly fight to have the repairs completed.

I appreciated the weekly updates and pictures from the builder. The sales rep in the office was also very receptive anytime we came to go see the model again. Finally, the mortgage team worked tremendously to get us closed on time.

The house buying process was smooth and easy from the beginning. Damaris was very helpful and knowledgeable. The building quality seems to be excellent, the construction manager Maurizio is outstanding, always on time, friendly, professional, he really knows what he's doing! K. Hovnanian was the right choice for us and I hope I don't need to change my review in the future (but I don't think so...)

It was a good experience. Wasn't perfect but it was good. I would recommend this neighborhood and the company that built the homes here, K.Hovnanian.
