The staff of K.Hovanian is superb, from the mortgage broker, sales office & contractors. Everyone is responsive and informative!

The sale representative (Joey) was really nice and responsive to our questions and request. Most of the construction managers (Matthew and Ricardo) were nice, addressed our concerns quickly and in timely manner. The whole home buying experience with KHOV was acceptable. Many times, there are lack of communication between the construction and the rest of the team which left us frustrated at the settlement because of the delays.

Overall extremely positive experience from working with Adriana, the design center, and weekly updates from John our GC. Our biggest issue is follow up regarding punch list items. Several items continue to be outstanding after 45 days post close with no guidance on when they'll be completed. Our house was also left a mess after the last set of subcontractors came thru to address some of the punch list items

With current delays in housing market due to material and labor issues delivering on time is challenging, kudos to whole team who worked together to deliver even earlier than promised

I’ve rated overall as a 3, i so believe this could have been done better. i hear “sorry about that” over and over during this purchase process. Haley did a good job but again “sorry” was quick in her lips. i would have rather heard an explanation as to why rather then a simple “sorry”. overall she did a good job, it wasn’t her doing the work she was just the face of the purchase. since i’ve moved in, i’m still awaiting touch up paint, repair of broken cabinets, repair of a leaking ac coil. now i’ve just found where the tile guy washed grout down the shower drain. i’ll have to have a plumber come in to try and clean this out as the shower drain is very slow. on all of the things i’m waiting on your team gives me “sorry we are waiting on……”. just gets frustrating. we have moved in and are trying to make this home ours, will be happen when the last of the khov things are complete. again, haley our salesperson did a great job, all of the issues were beyond her control. ... We loved working with Rick and Ralph! They were both always so responsive and extremely helpful throughout the process. We got constant updates which was awesome :)

David , James and Raphael were great team of people to work with.

This was done early, PM and construction manager were great.

Communication during the process from the construction manager could have been a lot better.

I am glad that I chose KHOV as my first home.

From the moment we saw the model house to the time we received the key to our brand new home, it was a very smooth experience. Susan was great to deal with! Totally love our new home!!!

Had a great end to end experience, right from the start during and after. I would highly recommend the builder.

Paula is a true asset to Khov. She follows through with everything she says she will do. Her personality and kind nature puts you at ease. Thank you Paula for everything. Ross with the Finance part is terrific too. Always answers back with questions we had. Scott is the man when we had to do our walk through. Quiet but you can trust he will get things right. Thank you what a great team.

KHov plans are good and priced reasonably compared to other builders. Elevations could could be better though. Weekly updates are very good for buyers specially first time buyers. KHov did not increase prices after signing like some other builders. Response to escalations is very good. No flexibility to make changes after signing. Buyers can only choose from a designer package. No ala carte. Sales staff knowledge is questionable. Turn around time to fix issues raised by buyer should be improved. Construction quality is down.

Everyone who helped us purchase were the most helpful. Heba, Derek, Chris, Antoinette, and Shannon all were great to work with and would recommended them.

Loan process was very good. First time I’ve seen flat paint in kitchen and bathrooms, usually semi-gloss. Just a few towel racks.

It was hard to buy a house sight unseen as the models were not available when we bought. But through the whole process Gene was outstanding in answering every question we had and if he didn’t know he would find out and get right back to us. Awesome ambassador for your company. After move in Mike, Dave and Jamie have been just as impressive and extremely helpful. Everyone we have dealt with has been so helpful and friendly.

Tracy was amazing to work with. We were able to come out every weekend and take photos, she answered questions day and night, weekends. She even unlocked the house for us when we asked. Bret was also great, I could text him with a question and always got an answer. What a great team you guys have.

Allison in sales and Marcus construction supervisor were great to work with. They kept us informed every step of the way and answered any questions very quickly and in detail

The overall sales experience was very good and your team did an outstanding job answering any questions and helped solve any issues with the exception of repairs. I have two minor repairs that were reported in the beginning of April and am still waiting for the repair to happen. That is unacceptable.

Our build with Khov was probably a good $75,000 less than comparable builds in our neighborhood by other builders...yet we received the same quality house as those (great materials, fixtures, paneled doors, etc). Perhaps there are a few less "bells and whistles" (not 8' interior doors, no coffers/crown molding), but we would make the same decision for the value every time. Amazing, amazing team from Todd in sales, to Jeff who built and Skai in warranty. Each has gone above and beyond whenever we have called on them, and you really feel valued as a member of the Khov family.

Donna and Chris were fantastic from start to finish. I never felt like my issues weren’t being handled. Communication was always on point.
