My first KHOV Home. I am amazed at all little extra details that was built into the home for price I paid. I looked at several different builders and KHOV beat all of them. Higher quality light fixtures, hardware fixtures, plumbing products etc. every aspect of this home is higher quality builders grade than any other house I looked at. What comes standard on a KHOV home is an upgrade to other builders. Whole buying process blew me away from moment I met Joel till day I closed and drove up to my new home with all lights turned on made me feel special. Landscaping outside had leftover stone around flower beds, the garage door opener is Bluetooth. The key lock is a smart key. Plywood for emergency situations. Upgraded appliances are upgraded. Dishwasher cannot even hear it. Massive gas cooktop etc. beveled glass. Decorative backsplash etc etc. The landscape has more expensive trees, shrubs etc!! I did my homework and like I said looked at several builders. All my extras was standard. I just bought little above 250 house. KHOV houses are bigger and more upgrades to other builders just in same neighborhood. Guess why other builders homes are still sitting. KHOV is like a family to me. No matter whom I reached out to they are all committed to 100% satisfaction!! (Common sense means). Do not take my word for it. Go look at a KHOV then go look at other builders and notice all small detailing then make your decision. I tell everyone what a great deal I got!! From the begining to the end, the K hove staff were excellent. Patty in the sales office was friendly, professional and more than helpful. We got to know Patty pretty well with a large amount of questions. I would buy another home from K home and have recommended others to buy from you. Thanks for all the help and the smoothness of the process.

Sales team is great. Supervisors on site are awesome. Warranty process is quick but not. They respond quick but it takes several visits from several trades to address issues. And some are ongoing issues about same item. It seems that everybody on the team is working hard but they could use a few more employees to help with their workload.

The whole experience of shopping and finaly buying was smooth for me.I fell in love with the design, uniqueness and quality of the materials used for the house. I would say customized,and classic.The building team were professional, attentive and delivered to detail.I would surely recommend and buy again from khovanian.

We had a very positive experience with buying a Hovnanian home. Their sales rep was extremely courteous and helpful. They were quite flexible in accommodating our needs but within their standard offering. The house was ready on the due date and the closing was uneventful. All in all, this was a great buying experience.

We recently had our new home built by K. Hovnanian in the Hazel Run Glen community and we were very satisfied with our overall experience. The quality of construction and attention to detail are impressive. The finished product has a beautiful, upscale look that truly exceeded our expectations. The production team was professional, responsive, and committed to ensuring we were happy with every step of the process. We would highly recommend K. Hovnanian to anyone looking for a builder that delivers both quality and style.

I do wish the home included trim around windows and/or options for crown molding so it felt more like a home than an apartment, that was the one disappointment/shortfall, but I do like everything else.

The overall buying process was very good. The sales staff and construction manager were excellent and very caring. The quality of construction is good, but lacks in certain areas such as the painting, woodwork and exterior siding and porches. I would recommend K Hovnanian, but you need to be diligent in following up on issues.

The process of purchasing a Khov home was quick, and they were always there when a question arose or explanation was needed. The home was reasonably priced with substantial credits. Overall, we are very pleased.

My wife and I have been very pleased with KHOV. We love the house and they are very responsive to questions or any issues that we had. Overall it has been a great buying experience and can recommend to anyone looking for a new home to look at KHOV
