Have been very happy with our new home. Upgraded one toilet to a name brand, our choice. So far no issues with anything else.

The house itself is very nice. Friends have admired it. There are some problems with the house that you would only find after daily living. We have a list of items that need the attention of K. Hovnanian service to correct before giving a five-star rating.

Lois and Carlos was such a pleasure do deal with. Every time we had a question or an issue they were Johnny on the spot to answer any questions or concerns as well as issues when we moved in. The experience as a hole dealing K Hovnanian was a great one. I would suggest a new home buyer to buy a K Hovnanian home.

There is nothing wrong with the homes, but with the size of the community there should be a community center.

The buying process went as smooth as it could possibly go I believe. This was my first time buying a house so I wasn’t not familiar with the process but I do think that Jacqui did a great job with staying in touch with me and explaining things.

Very good experience from the very beginning of the process to buy our new house. The sales consultant, Kathy, was amazing. She worked with us to get exactly what we wanted and needed. Scott, Scott, and Rose were amazing throughout the whole purchasing journey. Scott #1 met with us multiple times to take progression photos. Scott #2 was always smiling and helpful, and Rose helped us from beginning to end with the purchase. She'd call once a week to encourage us. We love our new KHOV home! We have no issues! It is comfortable, efficient, and comfortable. We have never bought a new home. We have always bought older homes. Thank you, KHOV. The only reason for four stars on quality is some of the counters, bathtubs, and toilets chip pretty easily. It isn't a huge issue, but it moves it from a five to a four.
