My experience with purchasing a home through K Hovnanian was seamless. They walked me through the process every step of the way. The sales person stayed in communication with me throughout, even after I moved in to ensure that I was settled.

Buying process was really quick and straight forward no hiccups..we have a beautiful home in which we love I just wish there was better appliances to match the price tag.other than that the properties are amazing and beautiful and the scenery and breeze on my back porch is amazing all season long. I wish we had a park instead of a pond something for families to do other than that it's plenty of space and the people are really nice we stick together and really help each other from lights to fencing.we don't regret our purchase..best home builders ever..we felt like family not just a check or a number we didn't even notice we were really purchasing a home lol..amazing ... The process of buying was smooth

My experience from beginning to end has been very positive with Khov. After moving in discovered some things that needed more attention. Khov was quick to respond with solutions. In summary, I am pleasantly pleased with my new home.

I bought my home in October 2025 and used my VA loan for the first time. The builder worked with a lending company that was very veteran-friendly, which made the process easy and straightforward. Everyone communicated well and kept things moving. The quality of the home exceeded my expectations, and I feel like I got great value. I’d definitely recommend this builder to other veterans, especially anyone using their VA benefits for the first time.

The level of service provided by Grant, and Caroline can not be topped. I will say that Codi has replaced Caroline and he is incredible as well. We love the home, the finishes, appliances and decorative touches makes you feel like you are in the lap of luxury. The 2 primary bedroom suites are over the top. The kitchen appliances make you feel you are in a chefs kitchen. The island is a comfortable relaxing gathering spot for the family. Having the upstairs loft area gives you an additional gathering spot so you can gain that little separation without anyone feeling slighted. The location of the neighborhood with the Freeman stage, Harris Teeter, Foxes Pizza, CVS & McDonald's for that meal for the kids is ideal. We get in our golf cart and go to 38 Degrees for the view at lunch, we can't wait for the spring to get up there more often. ... More

I would recommend KHov to anyone looking for a great value home. This is not entry level, I would say more mid but priced well and good staff helping the homebuyers!

Great Experience at Heritage Ranch Villas – Sherman, TX My wife and I love our K. Hovnanian® home at Heritage Ranch Villas in Sherman, TX. From the sales force to our walk-through with Zack, everything was pretty much flawless. The warranty department has been extremely helpful with anything we’ve asked for. There are a few finishes that I think could have been done better, but overall we absolutely love our home and believe the warranty team will continue to address anything that may come up moving forward. Quality, finish, and neighborhood environments are excellent. KHOV offers, luxurious finishes, spacious layouts and stainless experiences for new homebuyers.

As much as I am happy with the experience of buying and the quality of the house, I am disappointed with actions taken to resolve my issues. I have to live with squeaking floor, caulking that has gone bad, since the first month, in the kitchen, stairs and bathroom till the end of the year. That’s when I get a courtesy visit to fix these issues because I am only entitled to 1 visit!!!! I was told they can send someone to fix these things but this will be it, I loose the 1 time end of the year visit to fix popping nails and other issues. Meanwhile I just have to live with the cracks in my kitchen and squeaky floor for months. By the way these issues were addressed during the first month we moved in. These issues are not part of a courtesy visit, these issues must be fixed right away!!! ... More

We absolutely love the home, the build quality in the floor plan

Love our new home! The floor plan fit our retirement home, love the color palette too. Construction was done before we were ready.

It was a great experience buying my new home. I followed KHOVANIAN homes for over a year and watched as they broke ground in Bloomingdale Ga right until my house was built. Amazing experience for sure. The only disappointment I had was when they started to leave out the tubs in bathrooms. It was their signature and something I raved about. Well here I am. I love it.

Warranty leader (Gary) is very responsive and flexible. We have just one outstanding request that I’m confident will be addressed quickly.

We had the best experience overall when we were buying our house this was our first time. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.

Khov will do their best to build to your needs.

From the begining to the end, the K hove staff were excellent. Patty in the sales office was friendly, professional and more than helpful. We got to know Patty pretty well with a large amount of questions. I would buy another home from K home and have recommended others to buy from you.
