Love the house and the experience except the quality of lumber we got.

My townhouse is nice and the value is good. I closed on the first unit in the development after the closing was delayed twice. Some negative experiences included. The property didn’t appraise for the agreed upon price. The 2 walk through sessions before closing were useless, nothing promised was done. After closing the townhouse was filthy both inside and the garage. The garage had construction material and my wife used the shop broom that was there to sweep it out. It took over a week to have the place cleaned and over 2 weeks to have the windows cleaned and the tile cleaned because it had a film on it. Most of the main issues are still pending to include the appliances are not leveled and the handles have dimples, cabinet door in master bath needs replaced. It’s been over a month and we still cannot have Wi-Fi or TV service. Lastly, the pool is not completed. The reality is the closing should have been delayed another 2 months. Thank you ... More

Lack of attention to detail.

The staff are professional and responsive to issues.

The house was finished with no rejects.

To us it felt like we always has someone by our side through this process. We never felt alone buying our first home.

I would highly recommend the purchase of a K Hov home.

The khov builder build the house with very reasonable market price.

Quick responses from sales representatives, construction manager, and finance personnels; great attitudes of customer-caring service answering almost all sorts of questions from a customer in a way of thoughtful and mindful manner, including touring the site, reporting construction progresses, and processing the loan application with final closing procedures. With all those great customer-caring services, a customer is the CUSTOMER - TWO thumbs up...!

I’m happy with my Home and would recommend KHOV to anyone. Garrett their construction manager is amazing, he was great and honestly he is the main reason why I would recommend them.

Very attentive to any issues that I had and took care of them fairly quick.

This builder should be ashamed to put his name on this property. This property is uninhabitable. It is disgusting that this company and it’s employees would deliver a product such as the one I purchased to anyone.

It was an absolute nightmare. I wanted to call it off 5x. The process is very stressful and complicated. I wasn’t even sure the was gonna close on the schedule date. 2am the morning of the closing is when I was notified “We are good to go”

Overall KHOV is a good builder

This is our second home and we don’t live nearby so having a great sales person to help us with questions and send photos along the way was so nice and helpful!

The best experience was having Carl as our builder! He was helpful, understanding and trustworthy. He was always available for us to reach him!

What stood out for me at K Hov was the sales team and how helpful and responsive they were! My sales rep Elizabeth made the overall experience so enjoyable as she was never pushy and provided us with all the information and resources we needed to make our decision. She kept us informed the whole way through on the progress of our home and anything she needed from us along the way. All departments from Sales, Lending, to the Project Management team were extremely friendly and did what they said they would do throughout the process. The home was delivered on time which was no easy feat during Covid and all the supply chain issues. I would purchase from K Hov again for sure. ... More

Very responsive. Keeps to schedule. Everything is documented. Delivered on time despite challenging economic times.

Work of sub-contractors was sub par and became apparent after move in (paint dripped on carpet, grout missing in spots in bathroom, irrigation not properly installed, etc.) I know times are challenging in building currently, but for the price we paid for our home we feel a little cheated. Our close date got moved several times due to issues with labor, I guessed we figured the labor would be worth it but it wasn’t in the end. Communication was also lacking during the build process.
