Our experience was one delay after another. We have great disappointment in the deliverable. The bright spot in this experience was the Community Senior project Manager. He seems to experience and very personable.

Office personnel was hard to get a hold of and most of the information given to us was incorrect. Design studio staff and construction manager were helpful throughout our experience.

All personnel were friendly and professional. They exceeded our expectations in every way. We will recommend to others looking to buy a new home.

The overall home buying experience, while formidable, was made easy by the key people we interfaced with along the way. If any issues arose during the construction process, we were informed right away. The construction materials and systems used to build our home are of superior quality, and we are very happy in our new home!

The entire process start to finish was made easy by K Hov. They worked with us each step of the way and kept their promises on delivery date. They were even able to get us in 2 weeks ahead of schedule to accommodate our request after selling our house and having to be out earlier than expected. We love our new home and couldn't be happier. Bob, Kayla and Monica were great to work with and very responsive to all our questions and requests.

Was looking for a new 55+ community and Scottsdale Heights checked all the boxes. Beautiful and excellent location in beautiful homes!

Hovnanian sales and build team were knowledgeable, helpful and timely with thorough responses. The workmanship lacked quality control resulting in far too much rework. The schedule seemed aggressive exacerbating the workmanship issues and leaving too many punch list items after moving in. The warranty and build team were responsive to the issues somewhat mitigating the frustration.

While the process was easy and quick, i moved in to a variety of issues in workmanship and a lack of being detailed oriented. Issues with paint where it shouldn’t be and not where it should, holes, misaligned cabinetry, big dents in the garage door, a broken garbage disposal, to name a few.

The website is misleading. You do not get the things you see on the website.

It was my first time buying a house and everyone at KHovnanian made the process so smooth and easy! Ashley and Jesse were great help!

We really looked forward to moving in and enjoying all the amenities this house had to offer but from our closing date being delayed multiple times to a walk through of which there were multiple glaring issues, our experience with khov was extremely poor and utterly disappointing. We at every experienced with new build home buying, and this was by far the worst in every way possible. They tried to convince us to close on the home when it wasn’t even in livable condition, and after the most upsetting walk through, a second walk through, and yet another delayed move-in date these are the issues that followed: water leaking from the master bath tub, which lead to water damage on the kitchen floor, and a hole in the ceiling of a brand new home to fix the problem, and also no hot water in the bathtub. Shane and Ben were extremely helpful during the entire process. Shane spent time with us before we went to the design center, which made us feel prepared to make our selection while keeping us within our budget! Ben updated us every week with pictures and kept us inform even though we did not live in Phoenix at the time. We have had such an amazing experience!
