Jeff was very attentive to my needs and very professional.

Overall it was a great experience, now that I have been here a couple of months I worry about a couple of small things I thought were insignificant in the beginning. My smoke detectors were bad, I have pulled them down but am not not protected. My fence is flimsy and I don’t feel It’s safe for my dog, I have to build it up. and last I have a sticking pantry door. All minor things but know it will concern me or cause issues in future.

The overall process was very streamlined compared to other builders we’ve worked with. From the Sales Team to the mortgage group, the options coordinators and project construction managers each made the success of the process effortless.

We absolutely love our new home! Ishmael and Susan were incredible to work with and the quality of home is great! Our builder, Ishmael, was super responsive and helped us so much! Great experience!

We were heard and kept UpToDate through the process. The communication was excellent despite us being out of state. The design studio was a breeze and the consultant super helpful. We love the community and highly recommend it .

Overall this was an excellent experience. Just remember you are NOT purchasing a custom home at $400 per square foot. This is a production home built by very experienced professionals. Our home construction was supervised by very experienced and knowledgable managers. It was delivered 6 weeks early. We budgeted the customized features by others after closing. All phases of sales, construction and service are streamlined and tightly controlled. Khov delivers amazing value for the $$! Watching our neighbors homes being built is amazing. Buying this house was a pleasure. The salesperson was great and the construction manager was very attentive. I love the design. The 9-foot ceilings make it feel big and the open-concept kitchen/dining/living room is great. My one qualm is the quality of the paint. I oversaw the repainting of every room in my old place, using Benjamin Moore or Behr or Valspar paints. The paint here is thin. The semigloss is hard to wipe clean and the flat paint is easy to scratch. I expect in years to come I will begin to have the rooms repainted. Could not find a better Place!, My experience with KHovnanian was excellent!. from the moment we walked in, the treatment was super. gave me and my family a good feeling. Heba and Team are super friendly and helpful. I'm a first time home buyer and had tons of questions but the team helped us throughout the entire process. I'm really glad we crossed paths. The whole experience was excellent. I recommended KHovnanian to my family and friends and really recommend it to everybody else. specially first time home buyers. They can definitely help!.

Overall great experience- very few issues - minor in nature addressed quickly Surprised granite is not the standard kitchen counter- I have not had formica be the standard since the 1980’s!

I had a great sales and home buying experience. Everyone kept me up to date and responded to my questions and concerns in a timely manner.

The person/company has a great vision when they designed this community! Overall I am happy with this location. It is right on the golf course. The homes fit perfectly right next to it. I like the idea of not being charged for every detail. Khov already had the design in place and I just had to pick the color scheme. This makes the buying process much better!

Shane kept me up to date on everything and made every step of the process effortless.

The entire process from purchasing the lot, to choosing the model design, to choosing of options, to the financial aspects, to moving in, to follow up with any issues has been very good. All the contact people have been very nice, professional and helpful throughout the entire process!!

It’s a wonderful experience with KHov throughout home construction process. Keeping us up to date till the home closing.Response to service requests is also great.

Beautiful Townhome, excellent floor plan.

From the moment we agreed to purchasing our home in January 2022 up until our home was delivered in August 2022, my husband and I enjoyed every step of the home buying and home building experience! K.Hovnanian literally walks you through the entire process, providing your future homes’ information while answering any questions you may have. Even now that we are living in our beautiful new constructed home, K.Hovnanian are STILL answering our questions and making sure all our concerns are being responded to. Taken as a whole, the experience was positive.

I like to thank Mike, Tonia Adam for their part in making the transition into our new K-hov home and new community relatively easy. They were there to answer questions and to help in any way they could. Kudos to Adam on insuring that the after-service issues are taken care of in a timely manner. I am pleased.
