The home buying process was easy and everyone was very thorough. From the sales office to the design center, everyone my wife and I came in contact with was thorough, which made the overall experience pleasant. Well built, spacious home with plenty of storage. Don't overlook builder K. Hovnanian if you're in the market for a good quality home. You will be satisfied.

Team ensured that all questions, concerns answered. Would definitely recommend to family and friends

Khov Builders took great care and excellent attention to detail in building our new home. It was a very seamless and easy process from start to closing. Mike K and Konner where exceptional to work with. We are very pleased with our beautiful new home! Thank you, Outstanding Job!!

Misleading between model and actual purchase. I think the quality of the products and finish work are for the most part not high end. Supervising contractor on site was helpful but restricted in ability to accommodate. Too cookie cutter in construction. Not high end finish products even though that was what I thought I paid for. two weeks in and still many open ticket items and waiting for replacements. Especially upset about the granite installed. I have posessed many homes and used granite for kitchens and baths. NONE have the staining from water that I am dealing with now. Too many issues yet to be addressed. ... More

The Sales Team and Construction Manager are professional, responsive, and friendly. The Corporate personnel are difficult to work with, scheduled closing and walk through at same time, and could not be reached easily.

My overall experience with Khov for the Luke Landing property was a great experience. We had minor things that needed to be fixed. Traci and her colleague were superb in handling issues and answering question. The construction team also was great in resolving all the issues that came up in the process of our home being built.

I dont think I can write a good review past the sale of the house. Lack of communication all fell through after the sale of the house. So many missing items (such as a window in my master bath?) and replacements had to be done. No urgency to finish items on the list The attention to fine detail was no under expectation Delay in making house, some pandemic but MOSTLY not Original foreman not aggressive at all Under standard vendors to finish the job, multiple trips or they dont show Almost 3 months out and still the list is not complete and our list was not half as bad as many of our neighbors False promises Starts at the top of the line of management I can go on....I think you can guess who this is? Do you really want to read this...SORRY its the truth! Everyone is nice, but that's not all you need to complete the beautiful house you promised!!!!! ... More

It was not understood about the timeframe involved in picking your selections. When we thought we had 3 days to cancel the entire purchase - it was 3 days to make any changes to the initial construction floor plan. We wanted to make further changes after the 3 days and were not allowed. Didn't make any sense since the plans are basically the same and no monies were spent. The appointment from the initial construction choices to the appointment to pick your selections within the house should NOT be far off. This will allow you to know the Total amount that you are really spending - up front. Our basement sump pump broke during construction and the basement flooded causing major damage to the concrete finish and further damage was caused by the construction crew using acid wash trying to fix it. It has been a big struggle to get resolved - still waiting. Our home looks beautiful, our basement looks 40 years old and looks like a dungeon. ... More

Happy with the whole process. Sales agent was not pushy and answered all our questions. Our project manager communicated weekly on progress of build; on what was done for the week and what would be done in the coming week.

All the project managers working my development did a very good job responding to questions and concerns. Didn’t have one problem at all

Smooth Home Closing and Warranty Issues Being Handled ASAP.

Patty from luna vista made our process very easy, also Shannon a was very helpful to made our dream came trough.

There was some contract issues from the time of the contract being singed to when it was being built. I felt like I had to be an overseer throughout the build process to make sure I was getting what we signed for vs what was being built.

Tia was amazing throughout the process and helped a lot with all the issues.

Brandon and Chris have been great. I knew I wanted the house house they helped make it happen. The few small things that have come up they have been responsive too. I'm please to have built with KHov, and as a Realtor will continue to send my clients that way.

Excellence in quality from customer service, the professionalism across the board from sales, builder and aftersales to the beautiful home designs and features. I love the 12 foot ceilings and open space concept, the beautiful master bathrooms and kitchens..

From all the horror stories I've heard from friends and family during the buying process I'm very surprised how easy this was for me. I have to thank Crystal, she was amazing very friendly, helpful and informative. I would also like to thank Geoffrey and Nick, any building issues that have came up had been handled timely and efficiently. I know I can count on any of them to help me at any time.

My kitchen island is spectacular and the focal point of my home! Carmel was a great sales agent and helped me choose options for my home that fit my budget. Both Pia and Ann at the design center were super patient with me. I put my money in my kitchen and really needed guidance with some choices. I was lucky enough to be the first person to choose new standard flooring that was just released on the other two levels of my home.

Very happy with our new home!

The sales person and buying experience was very good. However, the building process was not as good. Building and finish of the house was delayed by 6 months. Construction managers were leaving frequently. Seems like they could not keep up with sales. Lots of last minute scrambling before settlement, cancelled settlement at the last minute and now post settlement very slow to address punch list items.
