Everything about our new home is great.

I think there is a lot of integrity in this company. I don't feel like anyone is trying to get away with the absolute minimum, or trick me. They have been really receptive about all of my concerns and really just want me to be happy and comfortable in my new home. I adore Tamara, Jose, Eduardo, and Lloyd. All of them have been totally wonderful and accommodating. My only real concern has been the sloppy handy-work throughout the house. There are a lot of small things that were done sloppily. However, they have been more than willing to come and fix everything I'm not satisfied with. It looks like the crew was in a rush, which sounds like the case considering how quickly they've been selling/building these houses. I think it would benefit the company to slow down on the builds so that they don't have to come back and fix the numerous mistakes later. I do also wish they varied the home designs a little more. First time home buyer here. Had a great experience with K.Hov. The home buying process was rather easy with no hidden costs or fees . The process of buying a car was more stressful than dealing with K.Hov.

I don't expect a new build to be perfect and I'm glad the builder has been responsive. This is what has made my experience absolutely wonderful with K. Hovnanian. It was a new build of a planned subdivision, so the workmanship (precision) of the painting and sealing seems normal or average to what I have seen in the past (obvious brush strokes on floorboards, caulk an other stuff not removed from surfaces, and builder materials inhibiting drain closure on bathtubs). I would think for the price paid there could have been more attention to detail before I moved in. However, so far all items have been addressed and the builder (Grant) has been very prompt in doing so. Last new build I bought, the builder actually lived next to me, and I did not get the responsiveness that I would have liked. ... More

The entire process working with KHOV has been postitive.Elizabeth ,our sales rep has been most thorough from the start, working with my wife & I on selections,providing timely & reasonable dates for homeowner inspections,returning calls & texts as needed.The project manager for the site Casey, is also attentive with the building process & has a professional demeanor working with the homeowners.After our settlement,we have had some minor punch list items & the KHOV service center call in follow up with the local rep Cody to schedule the appropriate tradesman to address & correct is efficient .

The overall experience was a great one. There are things that could be improved such as the quality of the drywall finishing. I’ve been in the house 2 weeks and already have cracked areas that I am submitting for warranty work.

This is the first new tract home I have purchased after building my own home, and buying existing homes. KHOV exceeded my expectations. there were a few issues as expected, but they were handled professionally and promptly. Very please with my purchased

The experience was surprisedly not stressful. Michelle was wonderful to work with. As a new home owners. She walked us through the whole entire process and told us what to expect.

From looking at homes and signing paperwork to the building process and closing there was nothing less than incredible customer service and care from all involved from K.Hov.

We LOVE our home! Our salesperson was the best, she did not oversell us on anything and was a true advocate for us through the entire process. Our project manager was also great! He was always available for questions and really easy to talk to. My only complaint is the paint job was pretty sub par which was disappointing because everything else was done with such pride and craftsmanship.

The buying process was smooth from beginning to end. Everyone was nice and willing to help. After moving in however, so many could have been done a little better. The concrete they used for the garage was crap and getting epoxy is what mage us discover this. Cleaning before handing over keys would have been better

Buying and building our home was awesome. James and Nia in the sales office did all they could to accommodate us and assist with the process. Once we did our last walk, some promises were made and, after we closed, they were never done. Our garage has a “crack” were the door and the wood connects. They promised to fix but after closing it became a “we don’t do that”. The house by our side was still being built when we closed and again it was promised that our lawn would be fixed and yard cleaned. Just a promise, never done. Apart from that, I don’t have any complaints and would recommend KHov to any buyer. ... More

Everything went smooth and every time I had a question and or a concern the female sale agent at the model house was very nice sweet and Polite

The salesperson is amazing from start to finish she was always available to answer questions. She went above and beyond in every aspect of the sale and afterwards. The project managers took there time explaining everything. Love my new home.

This is my first time building a new house. The whole process was very tiring and stressful but thanks to K. Hovnanian team, I got through. :-) The team is very professional and they are very responsive when I have questions (still now)! They helped me a lot during the process and I would love to recommend my friends to purchase a new home from K. Hovnanian!

From the beginning when inquiring about the homes to the loan process and then the signing the staff was there for me every step of the way. Every time I had a question or concern the staff a KHovnanian were there to help put my mind at ease. Would highly recommend.

Our sales rep Patty is the best! She worked with us through many challenges, including issues caused by COVID and the California wildfires, to ensure we got our ideal home on an amazing lot
