Had a minor issue with a warranty rep not creating a ticket and it not going to the right place, but the local warranty manager has been awesome! Overall, the house turned out as well, or better, than I hoped, and all the people involved in the process were fantastic.

Listened to what I was looking for.

From the first day we walked into the model home everyone was so helpful, nice and knowledgeable. Even Khov’s lending arm was fantastic. They kept us updated on the build process at least once a week if not more all the way to the end. Great experience.

Our sales representative, April, and our builder, Clay, were so attentive, thorough, and professional. Our realtor said, upon completion of our home, that it was the best new-build she has seen in this area, INCLUDING homes that sell for far more money. Clay not only did incredible work, he made both me and my husband feel like we were involved in ever step of the process. April went WAY out of her way to not only sell us a great home, but treat us like good friends. First time buyer here. I was referred by a friend who moved into the neighborhood (same builder). Excellent quality/workmanship, house was built on time, and the finishings (selected by the designers since it was a spec home) turned out great. The contracting process was very thorough. The salesman (Dennis P) and the builder (Brent) were very helpful and responsive to my questions.

We moved to a new state and pretty quickly fell in love with the area and more specifically the options and straightforwardness of the KHov home building process. The cherry on top was the staff, they were there for every crazy question we had. We are so happy with our decision to go with Khov and would do it all over again!

K Hovnanian was by far the most helpful of the builders in the area and not pushy or aggressive whatsover. The salesmanship was top notch. They went at our pace, never overreached and was always available to take the time and answer any questions during the decision to build a home. Once we decided to go with K Hovnanian, they kept us updated weekly as far as the building process/status went. We closed right around when they had estimated we would close and the closing process was a breeze with K Hovnanian.

My experience with Jason handling all our warranty repair needs he has gone above and beyond to take care of the issue.

KHov home seems to be made of good quality, high end appliances and great staff to work with.

K. Hovnanian made the home buying process easy for us. As with any large project, nothing ever goes perfectly but thankfully all issues pointed out during the walk throughs were relatively minor and they were quickly addressed and/or corrected by the time we moved in. Since we've moved in we've encountered a few other issues which we've communicated to our service manager and he's been very responsive to our concerns. As for the 4 star rating on the quality of workmanship and materials, I'd say 90% of the work done was great, but there were a few instances of finishing touches which could have been better such as the painting detail around the stair railings. Again, mostly minor things, but still somewhat important for a home at this price point. As for the 4 star rating for the value for the price paid, it's mainly an opinion on my part for what I believe to be inflated home prices due to the economy/market, but it is very much in line with current prices for similar homes in this particular area. All that being said, we love our home and our neighborhood. If we ever move again, we will definitely be looking to build with K. Hovnanian again. ... More

Upon visiting the site, I prepared for the customer service to bad as when I visit others. But to my surprise I was greated with such positive energy from April and her team, they made me feel at home. The process was easy and they worked with till the closing. It went so smooth and fast I am still in shock. Closing was less then 3 weeks. Needless to say, we are glad to be a part of the community.

I had a great experience with K.Hov as a first time home buyer. Not knowing what to expect or should expect with the process, K.Hov made it easy and provided a high level of customer service along the way.
