I had a great experience with K.Hov as a first time home buyer. Not knowing what to expect or should expect with the process, K.Hov made it easy and provided a high level of customer service along the way. Everyone has been nice, responsive, and have done the right thing when questions have come up after the sale.

Buying experience was great.Overall I will recommend some one. The sales person was super friendly and very committed to her job.

My overall experience with the buying process was great, everything went very smoothly. I actually purchased a home that was originally built for someone else, so there were things that I would have selected that was very important to me (linen closets) but really no complaints about anything else. Any problems since closing has been addressed promptly.

K. Hovnanian Homes were great to work with from the start to finish. Just had one issue with not knowing that the elevation I selected didn’t come with stone but was an upgrade. We used them as a lender and that was a smooth and seamless process. Our sales person, April answered all of our questions and within a timely manner. She is great to work with. Our home is beautiful and we are looking to enjoy many years here.

I think the best part of buying my first house was having Donna M. as our contact person. From the start she was very helpful and sincere. She was always available every step of our house buying process. She is a valuable gem at KHOVnanian.

I like to thank Mike, Tonia Adam for their part in making the transition into our new K-hov home and new community relatively easy. They were there to answer questions and to help in any way they could. Kudos to Adam on insuring that the after-service issues are taken care of in a timely manner. I am pleased.

It was an amazing experience. Many of my friends had thought about the deadline to close and behold, it was finished on time. I love the master bedroom and the beautiful lawn and quietness.

I know KHovnanian from New Jersey they are one of the known builders so I have full trust on them. I buy my home online I never been in Texas before I purchase my home, but my sales manager Ms. Lacey made it easy she provides every information that needed, and I am happy with her service until now. I move to Dallas sub since work started in my building, so I am well aware each and every work progress and quality of materials used for building my home. Building material quality is good but the appliances what they provided are the poor quality I am hoping they should improve in this area they provided GE appliances of least quality not sure how long it last but not satisfied with it. Other than that, I have not had any issues during my home building and even after. I finance my home from them which makes my closing very easy also Warrant team so responsive I got very quick response and most of things fixed very quickly. With current delays in housing market due to material and labor issues delivering on time is challenging, kudos to whole team who worked together to deliver even earlier than promised

Noise from vehicles on I-30 is disturbing day & night. The materials used for windows and doors are not fully soundproof.

Lacey S. has been instrumental in helping us in our home buying experience with KHovnanian Homes since Day 1. Argelio M. has diligently updated us on the progress/lack of of progress every week. Both of them is the reason why we stuck it out even though we had major delay on our bricks for 5 months and almost walk away from the contract. Lacey and Argelio are responsive with our questions and we had a lot of them. Even we were upset with the bricks delay, both of them are very thoughtful and super professional in how they could best support us through the delays. They are always very kind and generous with their time to check in even after we closed for follow up items.
