Our sales rep Bina was Amazing and was in constant contact with us every step of the process. She made sure all of our needs were taken care of. She was the highlight of our entire home buying experience! Also, our building manager James made our experience throughout the process very easy and made sure we were satisfied from start to finish.

Everyone was very helpful throughout the process and handled all our questions and issues promptly.

Lacey was absolutely awesome. She made my home purchasing experience very easy. Especially, since I was moving from another city and things were sight unseen. I had to rely on her for everything. I love my new home and couldn't be happier. I would definitely purchase another K. Hovnanian home.

Smooth Home Closing and Warranty Issues Being Handled ASAP.

This was our first time as homeowners and maybe we just got really lucky, but the process was smooth and communication from both builder, lender and our sales consultant was great. The Khov staff really made the biggest difference for us in being able to help us feel confident in the process and being able to set expectations and walk us through what to expect and understand. Only areas of feedback is that even though we did our walk through, we identified minor areas where we missed paint touch up or small holes showing by the doors, but luckily, they’re all in areas you won’t notice as much. we have received good support and guidance from the sales manager. They provided weekly updates on the construction status. wherever any delay happened due to delay with construction materials, this was clearly communicated to us. Even in this challenging time with shortage of construction material, the house was completed on time without much delay or any cost increase to customer. Quality product delivered on time! As a new home buyer we had lot of questions and which were all clarified patiently by the sales manager. Kudos! we expect to get same level of support from the warranty support team as well. ... Its a great place to stay and enjoy with families

It was good though it was first home for us, lot to learn on a house and construction process. Only drawback was the sales agents were not flexible to modify or add some upgrades a week later of purchase.

It was so easy and comfortable process, house was delivered almost on time with pro active timely updates, the Sales Agent Heather always responded in a timely fashion and provides as accurate info as she could. We are loving this house. It's nicely built and we are also getting great warranty support too.

This was our first house, and we had a smooth buying process with good communication from the Sales, Construction, Builder Mortgage and Administrative teams. We had some challenges with the Design Studio but overall, it went well amid the Covid pandemic. Sales personnel did a good job explaining us of the overall process and walking us thru all the available options which helped us with our decisions from start to closing. Our builder was a very experienced builder and had tons of patience to hear us and explain us in detail. Kyle and Clay where both top notch in their professionalism and timely responses. Kyle especially made our purchase a better experience. I would have liked to have seen higher quality cabinets with dovetailed joints and roller bearing glides for this price range.
