Buying and building our home was awesome. James and Nia in the sales office did all they could to accommodate us and assist with the process. Once we did our last walk, some promises were made and, after we closed, they were never done. Our garage has a “crack” were the door and the wood connects. They promised to fix but after closing it became a “we don’t do that”. The house by our side was still being built when we closed and again it was promised that our lawn would be fixed and yard cleaned. Just a promise, never done. Very happy with our home

We have had a great experience working with the Khov team of Watson Creek. Everyone is very attentive and every issue that has arisen after our move in has been taken care of in a very timely manner.

Top in customer service and support from any other builder that I have ever worked with. Weekly calls and progress pictures sent while home was being built. Continued weekly calls after to make sure everything was good and asked if any issues. Call backs right away.

Nia B. made the building process, so easy to understand. From the initial purchase, to the design and final move-in. Excellent communication skills and knowledgeable. Great asset to the company.

Quality of workmanship and materials is based on the several issues with ac unit not cooling, now that it is fixed, humming is heard onside garage from ac on other side of wall. Also, the shower upstairs only had hot water until fixed. The room floor is squeaky after a month and most likely not going to be repaired as i haven't heard anything after submitting a ticket; I havent even gotten a response on why it is or not covered by warranty, this the reason for a four star on responsiveness on issues. Value for the price was low because we locked in our house early then after all the house in the hightower estates community lowered the pri es about 25,000; khov refused the lower the price on ours; in my opinion this points to the value doesnt meet the price. ... Unfortunately, the copy paste responses of the loan teams are to blame for the loss of the star. I'm also dealing with an issue with my home insurance I shouldn't have to deal with created by the title company and the loan team. Everything else was great. We love our house.

It is very difficult to deal with K H Mortgage just for $70,000.00 loan.

Warranty team and Cole have done a great job

I have bought the house in Oct/24. Dennis sale man is very helpful, he sent a constructed update weekly, very quick response. Construction manager is also very helpful. Any question you asked have beed answerred very quick. The house is very nice and luxury design. Material is also with accepted quality.

Whole process was pretty easy and fun from the start.

The home is very nice and it has been a great purchase.

The sales team was very helpful, but the finance team was another story. We had alot of back and forth which we have never had before in buying expierience. Maybe its just the times now?

The entire Khov staff were very professional and super responsive. Made the process easy.

Overall great experience while going thru a global pandemic! It wasn't perfect but most things aren't but we absolutely love our home and the cost is outstanding. This was our first new construction build and we definitely would do it again.

Khovnanian builds a home that is very good with regard to the basics, space, floor plan options, however need to be more flexible with working with buyers on upgrades, especially when the buyer is willing to pay for them.

My experience in general is not than bad. My best experience is with the sales team, they are incredible awesome. The only bad taste that I have is after I moved. The construction workers are not nice at all. They have destroyed the grass of the house , they continuously blocked my driveway, they is a lot of mud on the road etc. Also my water meter apparently was broken and nobody told me that so my first water utility bill is around $300 dollars. There is too many bad things happening at night. Due to the kind of World we are living now, I would suggest to start building new development as Gated Community ... More

Quality of homes is good. Excited to build memories.

No mail box set up. Roads not added in Google maps. USPS was not recognizing the Address. I have to submit several requests to Google. Had to make couple of trips to USPS. These things should have taken care by sales rep.
