Katrina was very helpful in sucuring the purchase our new home. She kept us informed of what was happening with the build and she made sure to follow up on any needs that we had after moving in. Katrina also introduced us to the building manager, Cary, whom kept us informed of the building process on a weekly bases. Cary was promoted and Nomo took over on the final process of the building of our home. Cary and Nomo have been there for any problems that have occurred before and after the move in. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is purchasing a new home.

KHOV has been great! The quality of build is superb and the follow up with the builder is amazing. I’d highly recommend buying or building a KHOV home to anyone looking.

Nice and easy fast

Appliance are not the good quality that many will prefer. And tell your builder to stop promising and fail. Home is all about trust. One should be able to trust the builder of his home!!!

This is my first time buying a home, I must say, it is remarkably great with khov. They help me understand each of the processes. When we moved into the home we have some things that were not working, the builder Paul was just a phone call away and he makes sure all was taken care of within a short time. They gave incentives when we are about to close.

Everyone we dealt with was professional, helpful, and responsive. I was shocked at how easily this all went down.

I had a great overall experience with my home purchase. I want to specifically highlight my interactions with John B. our building site manager. He was awesome and cared about our every needs.

The best customer service. Fixed in-centered garage door and light switch quick and easy at no charge. Always checked up on me and asked if I needed anything else. Will definitely buy from them again.

As noted above, I submitted a list of problems nearly two weeks ago and only one has been addressed. One bath tub “barely” drains and is virtually unusable. Other than the bath tub and carpet damaged by what appears to be spilled paint with very poor cleanup.

This Builder is second to none! Moving from FL to TX is a task in itself but it sure does help when you have a builder you can trust! From beginning to end my experience has been amazing. Unfortunately it looks like the builder’s mentality is not provide a good customer service., I had to deal with all kind of personnel starting with the sales agent all the way to the construction’s manager boss who was very disrespectful towards me. The craftsman used is a very low quality I did ask for the workers license and never were provided to me. The quality of the material used to build the house is very low it is not what we paid for the house. I hope someone really addresses those issues because the houses are not cheap.
