We moved into our new home a month ago and we could not be any happier. Our construction manager, Garrett, was especially helpful with getting settled in and addressing minor issues we came across. Garrett was incredible and gave us peace of mind with our concerns. The KHOV Mortgage team was also exceptional! They were very detailed and responsive at all times. Melissa made all the paperwork process a breeze. We are delighted with the performance and quality of KHOV. The KHOV staff was wonderful to work with.

Over the years, I've purchased many new homes. What was nice and unique about this purchase was the commitment by the sales executive, Matthew, and the construction manager, Buddy, to make sure I ended up with a house I could be proud to call my own. I felt the communication through the process was very good and the general craftsmanship of the home was just as good. And to be sure, I had hired a third party inspector to review the build over various stages and they were also pleasantly pleased with the quality of the build and the fit/finish of the home.

Colby really helped settle the deal in buying my first home. He was informative and very responsive for anything that I needed or wanted to ask. He guided me through the whole process and recommend buying from this builder.

My wife and I met Carlos at pre-Sheetrock stage. He was very professional and easy to work with. He took his time to understand our needs and walk through each question we had during the completion of our home. He was very approachable and reachable each time we had a question and/or identified areas needing attention. His knowledge and expertise on the construction, technical topics and building codes of the home was very welcoming as a home buyer. The builders are excellent in communication, responding to my issues. They strive to help you to get your dream house. I was the first time home buyer. Hence, I have many concerns and worries. They were very patient and detailed in answering my questions.
