Great buying experience! Wonderful design of the house!

The process from start to finish unbelievably smooth with no issues at all. The team I was awarded with was perfect, they was very helpful and reliable with anything I needed to be informed about or explained. I’m thankful for their efforts to take the stress away and make it so easier than I expected.

Very wonderful communication. Straight forward purchasing process. All the builder employees were great to work with every step of the way. Highly recommend.

The entire process was great from the salesman, mortgage company and the construction manager and his team. All questions/concerns were addressed immediately during the construction phases. A minor concern is that several light bulbs (kitchen, bedroom, bathrooms, and exterior lights) all had to be replaced with the first week of moving in.

My partner and I both have shared an amazing experience from start to finish building our first home with K. Hovnanian. Before we decided to build, we went around looking at every model home in Balmoral and throughout Sunset Ridge. However, the Juniper II was the very first model we saw, and fell in love immediately. From the sales office to our construction manager, things ran smoothly and quickly for the most part. Our construction manager is very good at what she does; she walked us through every single detail, no matter how minor. She also walked us through how the warranty process works and gave us expert advice on keeping our home in great condition for years to come. After we closed and moved in, we did notice a few minor things--such as a few doorknobs being loose and how when it rains, we have water that sits in the backyard by the fence. We did notify our construction manager and she had it corrected the very next day. Overall, we highly recommend K. Hovnanian to our friends and family. This is our third time to have a home built, KHovnanian was great to work with, the upgrades seemed a little on the high side but we do love our home.

Rhonda and Jeremy are fantastic and went above and beyond in helping us. The quality of the home could be better. During the inspection the shower door was leaking water, mirrors weren't centered over the sinks in the bathroom, barn door was hung on the wrong side of the wall. The painters could of done a better job. We have to remove paint from the floor ourselves. The bath tub creaks when you stand in it. Jeremy has helped in resolving alot of these issues

First of all, we are enjoying our new home! We have recently had A/C issues and the warranty policy came through but, it took them a week to resolve the problem. And another issue is why would the builder install 24” doors going into the bathrooms? We also had a water leak issue at the water meter in which we had to hire a plumber to fix and turned requests for reimbursement along with video to water supply company and have not received any response! The homes are beautiful, but everything was built cheap. Materials under was the cheapest materials ever.

Overall this was a great experience with all parties involved. Only critique I would suggest is response time to customer issues with their home.

Buying exp with KH was clean and easy. And the incentives was great. There r few thing they need to focus is the quality of accessories like door locks and the electric buttons.

I had no idea I would be able to purchase a new home until speaking with K. Hovnanian. They said yes and made the process easy. Step by step and walked with my family the entire time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I bought my house from K Hovnanian in 7/2022. The process was easy and swift. Although a few minor paint and scuff flaws, the foundation of the house seems it was built to last. Sales and builder agents are responsive and helpful.

Appliance are not the good quality that many will prefer. And tell your builder to stop promising and fail. Home is all about trust. One should be able to trust the builder of his home!!!

My home buying experience has been pretty easy with the folks at K. Hov. It helps when you have your items in line and can make the process smoother for all. All of those I encountered during this process were very communicative and polite. Given the times we are in, a little kindness goes a very long way. I owe a few folks a THANK YOU gift!!

For the most part everything has been great. Our shoe mold looks terrible and parts have came loose a couple times which they just come and patch. I have asked multiple times for it all to be fixed but still looks just as bad. Other than this issue we have just had minor things here and there that were fixed quickly.

The Sales team members in our sales office are fantastic. As well as the Construction Manager. They were awesome to work with. In all honesty, I feel the over all community and surroundings could be improved especially with the high taxes that we have. It is surprising that my relatives in Cypress that live in the established neighborhood of Longwood pay over a thousand less in taxes a year. I thought with the trailer community across the road that our taxes would be reasonable and much less than they are. My urgent situation now is dealing with the warranty on our home. We already have a big issue with our roof and contacted the warranty company and they wanted an email. That was last week and we still have not heard back. This is concerning because we have ripples and concave spots in our roof. How can we get this taken care of timely? Especially if there is underlying damage? ... More

Everything is good, I’m happy with this house and builders team are awesome who were involved to help me to get it.

I really like the way the style of the home, the workmanship was not up to par for the price. I still have things pending. The sales person and loan officer were great did everything to get me into my forever home. I am sorry to say that you can really tell how rushed they must of been to build the home. Nails sticking up on carpet stairs, caulking in whole house separated from parts of the wall, parts of fence not nailed, baseboards must of been painted after texture of wall was done because you can see the texturing into the base boards, I had to realign a lot of the doors myself so they would shut. ( I fixed because waiting and having people in and out of my house is not ideal, and most of the time they would show up or tell me they’re stopping by in an hour or so. Not even taking to account that most people like advanced notice. There are more things I had found that needed attention, but honestly I feel like they think I’m a pain in the side, and I feel bad. Now again the style the openness of the house is ideal, I’m in my sixties so do hope this is my forever home. I try not to be too picky, but homes are not cheap, I’ve had new homes before and really have not had this many issues. I imagine that with the way this area growing so fast that the worker are rushing and details are missed. Please know I do love my home I really just wish all these things were fixed in a timely considerate manner. I have taken pictures of some of the issues. House has a great layout. Material used for doors is really bad. No quality inspections were done by builder otherwise they would have noticed some obvious issues in the doors and walls. Once warranty claims were issued, took forever to address the issues. There has at least 3 different people that I have explained the warranty issues. With the price paid for the house you can expect better quality material and a better response to warranty claims.
