Overall a pleasant experience. We had some concerns or issues arise but the Builder was quick in their response to correct.

Overall it was a great experience, now that I have been here a couple of months I worry about a couple of small things I thought were insignificant in the beginning. My smoke detectors were bad, I have pulled them down but am not not protected. My fence is flimsy and I don’t feel It’s safe for my dog, I have to build it up. and last I have a sticking pantry door. All minor things but know it will concern me or cause issues in future.

We are satisfied with our new home. Being first buyers, everyone help us to have a pleasant experience. We definitely recommend KHovnanian to ours friends and family

I am fully satisfied with our home purchases especially with K. Hovnanian. The entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in was very easy. Our experience with the builder’s team was excellent. They were very responsvie to clear each and every doubt ours during the process of purchasing our new house. Also the quality of the construction is much better than other builder's.

I am obsessed with our new home. It is exactly what we were looking for. Everyone who assisted us was great at listening to us and everything we needed. We were able to design our dream home!

The home is nice, I can tell there the materials are not top notch and some corners were cut. But, we are here now and the things that are done poorly we will just update on our end.

Thank you to Ashley, who continuously kept me updated on the progress of my house throughout the entire process. Felt like she was honest and open throughout the process and was always easy to reach. Thank you Scott for your patience as we had to correct things a long the way. He always handled things quickly and without any push back. Great customer service throughout the whole process. Always available and quick to respond. Thank you Wyatt for helping when needed. Customer service was great by everyone I came across with KHov, even down to the mortgage loan officer Christi. The standard designs and finishes available are a lot higher quality compared to some other builders. However it would be nice to have more flexibility changing minor things in the floor plan as that seems like a good portion of the point of getting a house built instead of moving into a house that is already standing. By far the best buying experience we've ever had, so much so that we even referred my sister who also bought a house in the same subdivision! I cannot speak highly enough for Susan, our sales agent, Alan and Roger who helped with the construction. The house is very sound, quiet, the experience was a breeze, and the overall enthusiasm from the team was great. Everyone that has seen our home has had nothing but praises, and we could not be happier. However, I do have 1 complaint, and that is with the finishing and use of finishing materials. Towards the end, all of the touch up work, finishing, trim, paint were clearly very rushed. The quality of workmanship is extremely poor with lots of areas needing touch ups, broken/chipped tiles, one of the stair railings shaking a lot, almost noen of the spindles are flush with the base of the stairs leaving a significant gap, and almost every single piece of trim/moulding is damaged with dents and defects throughout the house (framing around doors, baseboards, etc). I understand builders grade material is used for these types of construction homes but the defects should have been patched, sanded, and then painted rather than just covered up with paint. We've found the same issue on the exterior of the house as well Although these are just cosmetic issues, they really take away from the "polished" look we would expect for a new home. I will include all of these on my 45 day list of items that need to be revisited/fixed. Our builder Jeremy and sales rep Brandi were great. They were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had and helped us resolve them in a timely manner.

Everyone was great from Lisa at the Models of Townhouses to the finance department. My only issue was with the Builder. Not those who do the work but the overseeing 'boss'. He unnecessarily sent our moving PODS away just because a paint truck was parked in front of our drive way. I understand they were 'touching up' some things THEY MISSED BUT TO PUNISH MY FAMILY FROM HAVING THEIR BEDS WAS UNNECESSARY! I told his worker yet he has yet to address me.

I admire how my realtor was on time with all the replies and how she helped me out throughout the entire process. The builder was always available to reach through text and emails or calls and made sure the house was upto my expectations. there were minor issues found in and around the house, i believe it is due to the fact of the house settling in since it's a new built.

It was a good experience overall, the people were very professional and was friendly too.

Peter was so helpful during the entire process. Everything was perfect! The process was great although stressful at times but Peter was with us all the way and he was responsive to our questions. Great customer service K. Hov!

K. Hovanian made my purchasing experience amazing! I didn’t have a lot of issues that other buyers have complained about with dealing with builders. I would highly recommend purchasing with K. Hovanian.

We initially went under contract with CastleRock for a house that was in the process of being built. After a couple weeks of progress and seeing the terrible craftsmanship and also having an unresponsive construction manager and sales manager we forfeited our contract. We found a KHov house under construction and the decided that was the house for us. The difference was incredible. KHov really takes pride in their build. Crafts were all great to work with and did a top notch job. If something was wrong KHov fixed it with no questions asked...Even after closing, if anything needed fixed (we had 2 windows that needed replaced and a scratch on the bath tub fixed) KHov came and got it repaired/replaced very timely. Our construction manager was Christian and Sales Manager was Brandi. I'd give each of them a 10/10... Very helpful and pleasant to work with. ... More
