I cant lie we had an awesome process from Beginning to End with very minimal issues if any. When we decided to build we knew from day 1 K. Hovnanian was the builder we wanted. We've seen several builders and my wife constantly stated The Juniper II was the home for us. I finally saw it and said that Isss the home for us. We began our process and everything from the Loan Officer and Processer all the way down was smooth sailing. Great Customer service, Great Quality Homes, Great People to work with. The quality and value of our home is wonderful. The price compared to other builder still really good. I cant speak highly enough of my builders team and Construction manager Carey. He was very transparent. Gave me weekly sometimes and sometimes more on the status of our home. If you ever build in the Houston region and go with KHOV Carey is a Godsend. Everything promised was done and on time. Every question I had for our sales consultant Tiffany to Construction Manager Carey was answered in great detail and in Laymens terms. If you ever look for a new home definitely check out K Hhov. The Closets, Rooms, Build and quality of these homes are awesome. Builder continuously kept us updated about the progress of our new home being built. Gave very through walk-throughs and explanations about the process. Extremely responsive to our questions and requests. Genuinely cares about the quality of home being built under the KHov name and the people that will call it their home.

Great service they keep you updated on the status of your home every step of the way.

The builder was helpful when things went wrong. They were very responsive to our concerns and stepped in when there was an issue. The work on the home itself was not as clean and seamless but we were okay with that since the builder was able to work with us and provide extra caulking in areas as needed.

leak somewhere in drywall that still hasn't been addressed weeks later Instead of Telling me my gas didn't transfer they just shut it off, so now I have no gas for a day when a simple email I would have fixed it. So now I don't have a way to heat my home on a cold day with kids in the house. I had a confirmation email with a gas company that doesn't service the area I guess, but I had no way to tell. HOA is controlled by the builder, homeowners get 1 vote, every lot they own gives them 3 votes. No matter what change you want done they out number you. I really didn't want to have to write a bad review, but this is just ridiculous. A simple "Hey, the gas is still in our name" call would have made me make an immediate fix. I don't expect a new build to be perfect and I'm glad the builder has been responsive. This is what has made my experience absolutely wonderful with K. Hovnanian. It was a new build of a planned subdivision, so the workmanship (precision) of the painting and sealing seems normal or average to what I have seen in the past (obvious brush strokes on floorboards, caulk an other stuff not removed from surfaces, and builder materials inhibiting drain closure on bathtubs). I would think for the price paid there could have been more attention to detail before I moved in. However, so far all items have been addressed and the builder (Grant) has been very prompt in doing so. Last new build I bought, the builder actually lived next to me, and I did not get the responsiveness that I would have liked. ... More

From the beginning to the end my experience building my new home with K. Hovnanian was wonderful. Everyone from the sales team to the builders were professional and informative. They were able to resolve any concerns or uncertainty that I might have had; which made the buying process a lot easier. I love my new home and highly recommend!!

The overall experience was a great one. There are things that could be improved such as the quality of the drywall finishing. I’ve been in the house 2 weeks and already have cracked areas that I am submitting for warranty work.

We had been looking for homes for months. As soon as we saw this house we fell in love with it. Keith the Khov manager was super friendly and made us feel at home. Every concern we brought up was addressed in a timely manner . Karen the loan officer was very helpful and made our loan process easy. Grant the project manger was easy to approach and made us understand our home features . I thank Khov for having an amazing team to help us buy our home.

Overall great experience as a first time buyer..

The buying process was smooth from beginning to end. Everyone was nice and willing to help. After moving in however, so many could have been done a little better. The concrete they used for the garage was crap and getting epoxy is what mage us discover this. Cleaning before handing over keys would have been better

All my concerns and questions were addressed and everything was completed on time.

I have some bad experience like; 1. Squeak sound in the master bedroom floor. I brought the builders attention to this, i was told they cannot fix it at this time. This was quite upsetting.

Overall was a good experience building first home.

Once you sign on the dotted line, you will receive the runaround. Beware.
