We were a little skeptical at first but after viewing the house and working with the sales team and builders, we were thoroughly impressed and pleased with our decision to buy. I'm not even sure where to start. Our experience buying a K. Hovanian was nothing short or spectacular. From an always smiling sales agent willing to help us any time of day or evening, going through options to help tailor our chosen plan to best fit our needs, to our prompt construction manager replying to questions and concerns. Anything not exactly to our liking was quickly remedied. Our home inspector was also quite impressed with how well built the home was. The experience was positive for the most part , sales person was great and loan officer was great to work with, it was stressful at the end with closing and title company. Closing was also not very efficient . definitely these are the 2 areas needing improvement hence 4 stars...I would give it 5 if it was not so stressful and having to work with very un organize parties

The General Manager Christian was there to help us through ever flaw that we may have found in the house. He is definitely an asset to this company!

We have already had 4 issues with our ac unit , that STILL ISNT SOLVED and one problem with the plumbing. I understand some work is builders grade like paint, but for over $355K, I expected more from these basic systems.

First time purchasing a brand new home so I can’t compare to past experience. With that being said I believe the K HOV experience was top notch 2nd to none the whole way through. We did have some issues with other areas not in anyway caused by K HOV but even then they offered help and anything they could do to help. Great company great home great employees. It has been a few weeks now since we’ve moved in and with every day that passes were more and more glad we went with K HOV vs a few other builders we had the option to use. Thanks again

We are happy overall. Very pleased with the warranty representative. Not very happy with the sloppy painters as we continue to find and clean up paint on the floor and hardware. Thanks!

Everyone we came in contact with, while going through the process, was kind and very helpful! They wanted to make sure we had the best experience and everything we wanted for our new home!

Very poor quality of finished materials throughout the house inside and outside. They are still having trouble fixing the details that are not finished and they have been working for 2 weeks. I regret having bought this house from all the details that I have found throughout the house and I only have 3 weeks living in it.

A/C units are too small for the home size

The team I was awarded with was perfect, they was very helpful and reliable with anything I needed to be informed about or explained. I’m thankful for their efforts to take the stress away and make it so easier than I expected.

The home turned out beautiful, and everyone from KHov was exceptional with any questions you had, and any concerns you had were addressed immediately. Both of my construction personnel made sure that i had everything i needed to know what to do when the building process was over

K. Hov did a great job on our new home. Sale, Lending, and Architecture were an A++.

The overall experience wasn’t bad. The financing team was fantastic.
