Everyone on site is always very attentive and construction builders are constantly keeping you updated, very satisfied with Rick and Charlie.

My experience has been nothing but amazing. Everyone on the team are so helpful and available for questions from Sales, Mortgage and Construction. The entire process went so smoothly without any issues. Any concerns that I had were addressed and resolved timely. Definitely will recommend!! 5 Stars from me!!

Quality work, prompt response to concerns, overall excellent team, form sales to closing

Overall, this was a very good home-buying experience for us. The contractual language in the earnest money contract was vague and this created a misunderstanding. I believe this has been corrected.

We had the most incredible experience building our new home with KHOV. Our journey started with the best salesperson a buyer could ever ask for in Peter! He was so helpful and kept us in the loop on everything. He made sure our home buying experience was the best! Once the construction stage started we were introduced to another employee who is the best Construction Manager in the business, his name is Charlie! From start to finish, he answered all of our questions, helped us with everything we asked and was one of the most friendliest persons we have ever met. Not only did he make our experience fun and exciting but he made it personal and we always felt like we were in the best hands. He made us laugh and also kept us informed on anything and everything. The sales office representative (Shelby) at the Cambridge Heights community was extremely helpful throughout the entire process as I moved forward with the purchase of my new home. Also, Paul was very helpful during my initial and final walkthrough of the property. Paul was very responsive in making sure that all repairs were made in a timely manner prior to my closing date. K Hovnanian was the builder of the first home that I purchased in Texas . The quality of services remain very high!

On the sales side Nate was amazing! He was my go to throughout the whole ordeal. If ever there were questions, answered or did whatever in his power to find the answer. My family’s experience with The finance side would be rated 3 stars maybe less. There was a time we went 6 days without hearing anything back. Just because my family and I had a challenging file shouldn’t make us any less worthy of getting responded to in a timely fashion. I will say this. We truly appreciate Melissa for going above and beyond in getting us an approval. She helped to make our dreams come true. Whenever she had questions or a request for us, we got whatever she asked for within hours. On the other hand, when we had questions as far as wanting updates on the process, we’d at times wait anywhere from 24 hours to 72 hours. We were never told “hey you won’t hear from me in a couple days until (whatever reason). We were constantly left guessing. All of this while our lease was it March 1. Open until the week of closing we were in limbo and in the dark about the status of our loan. So you can imagine our frustration when we have to go to the sales rep to ask him to call Melissa for updates at times. What is it is a great person and was never rude to us. I’d say that that communication just needs to be better. John the builder was good and very helpful at the start of the process. I just wish he followed through to make sure everything was complete before we closed on our home. The cleaning person left a card saying the house was clean. That was not the case. We got our keys and opened the door for the first time expecting to see the perfection that John said would be there. The floors had white shoe prints all over it as if workers were doing stuff around the house and they never got back around to cleaning up the floor. This was weeks before the stay at home order. I informed John and he said that he would have someone come bye and clean the house. That never happened. John was very helpful in getting our air ducks looked at when the At&t technician spotted that one was loose. John was always good about responding to our texts within 24hours and that’s appreciated. I just wish there were consistent actions behind the responses (before the stay at home, order). The sheet rock people had us on the schedule but had to push back due to the coronavirus. That’s totally understandable. We have two lights that’s not fully attached to the ceiling and we’re nervous about them falling. We were told that we’d have to wait until the Coronavirus pandemic passes by. I totally get that, but the reason I mention it is because this was pointed out during the first walk through and again at the second walk through. It was suppose to be taken care of before we moved in. Now we’re in fear of the light falling on one of our children. Besides those mishaps that might have been out of John’s hands, we’ve had our overall good experience with you guys. I’m just a strong believer that companies can’t get better unless consumers are honest on these customer reviews. Needless to say, I hope no one gets in trouble behind this, but I hope there’s some type of training or education that comes after this, So that the next customer has nothing but great things to say about the KHavnanian experience. Hopefully those next customers are my in-laws. I talked about the homes so much that now they are interested in buying the house next-door. They are older and not as patient as I am, so I’m hoping these issues are fixed before they decide to buy a home with you guys. ... More

Don't be afraid to ask questions the construction managers (Kirk) will make sure that it gets taken care of.

Just make sure to tour your potential home during as many hours of the day, to ensure lighting and heat.

Eldridge Park is home indeed. Located in a very serene environment , Property is well built with quality material and good finishing. The responses to issues is prompt. Great people you can trust working you through all the process from the sales office to your closing( wish I can mention lovely names) Highly recommended, Come join the ride.

K. Hovnanian Homes are beautifully designed, authentic homes. What attracts me to the K. Hovnanian homes are there diverse home construction designs. The homes are built from material of excellent standard. I should know, since I used to work in the Civil Engineering industry, and I know quality and standard in building construction when I see one. The homes are designed with energy efficient in mind. The backyard is very spacious, having a exterior 10 feet fence and perfect for hosting the holidays. Designed to create an ideal balance between being independent and for togetherness. Great work! Both seller and construction site manager were very helpful and were able answer all my questions.

The whole process was nearly flawless. When construction started I visited the site 2 or 3 times a week, once the roof was on I started going by everyday. While walking the site, I was able to observe the quality of construction behind the walls, I saw everything being done, took photos of every aspect of construction. After move in, only a couple of minor issues that were handled in a day or two. Nearly done decorating and it's starting to feel like the home I was expecting!

I cant complain with any aspect of my home buying experience.

We accepted a home that was started by others but had to leave the area because of a family emergency. We had previously toured the model homes and were impressed with all the available amenities. We began the purchase process and prior to moving in, we went examined the interior/exterior with a fine tooth comb. All our requests for repair, paint, etc. were completed within a very short period of time. The salespersons were very congenial, attentive and were able to answer all our questions to our satisfaction. There was no 'hard sell' as the homes spoke for themselves. The liaison for the repairs was in the area daily and when we had a question or request, he got on it right away, The entire Parkway Trails home sites are pleasing to the eye and are of the highest quality.
