The builders did a good job in building this house. Builder also took time to explain everything and gave out tips that every new homeowner should know, And they made me feel like I can reach them for any concerns I may have, that so far I have none. Looking forward to many years with this durable and beautifully made house.

Working with K.Hovnanian team I built my home from the foundation up and the people on the field and the sales person went above and beyond in assisting and providing information which lead to a quality build home.

Great customer service all the way around!

A lot of issues with the construction, quality and operation of materials. The company seems very scatter brained and unorganized. The house seems like it was rushed without caring for the homeowner, hardly been in the house for six weeks and have had a plethora of issues. Had to submit two warranty claims before I was contacted. Failure to pay attention to details, simple things like leaving the gas line off, not installing strike plates on door frames. Sconces are missed bolt covers, looks tacky. Garage door off tracks, no light cover in bathroom for over a month. Still hasn’t touched up Sheetrock in laundry room after repairing the wall. A lot of contractors that are hired take 2-3 days to finish a job that takes a few hours. Often leave jobs unfinished, at least 10+ problems within the first month. No insulation on water hose spouts, which was on the list at walk through. Doors were installed incorrectly in media room and then a bad sheet rock job was done after repair. Great builder, and quality homes!

Beautiful homes and amazing people!

After settling in to our new home we have notice more little issues with finishings. Between excess spackle around ceiling lights to a rough area on the hand rail for the stairs. It has been the little things we have noticed now. Just the fit and finish we thought was great at first is not the best. They have been quick to respond and fix any issue we reported. They care that we are happy with our home.

Good materials choice to built the house

Every staff at Khov I interacted with made me feel relaxed and made the buying process easy without unnecessary stress, every question I had was answered, documentation wasn’t a headache, and still had access to the team even after closing. I’d recommend Khovnanian always to anyone who wants to buy a home.

For the most part, we are very happy with our new K. Hovnanian home (so far). We had some minor repair issues that were addressed in a timely manner once I contacted the warranty service team. They were really good and responded very quickly. Overall, the workmanship was very good although I wish that full plywood sheathing should have been done all the way around the house, not just the front and back. My only other slight disappointment is the kitchen appliances that came standard with the house. K. Hovnanian could have put some that are slightly better. We plan to upgrade them in the next couple of years. Our experience with our salesperson Karen was awesome! She's the best! Quality materials used, good and smooth finishing, and overall, beautiful.

My house turned out great. I hired a private inspector and only minor cosmetic issues were reported. Carlos frequently updated me with the progress of the construction and was very informative. I'm grateful for his advises. Jacob was very responsive to service requests after closing of the home. My only issue was with the loan officers. I don't know if this is normal but the final closing amount was not provided to me until the day before closing and that resulted payment not received on time.

This is my first home with K. Hovnanian. I am very pleased with the entire experience from beginning to end. Excellent customer service and quality. Thank you!!!

I had a great experience building my home with Khov. Matt was very attentive and fixed any issues I saw immediately. I’ve been living in my home over a month and have no complaints. Quality seems to be great! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the mortgage team. I was not impressed and would never get my loan through them again.
