The purchasing experience was great. The lack of follow through by the builder is horrible. Several issues hat were addressed in the walkthrough still have not be taken care of. Typical of any builder over promise, under deliver!!

The salesman Keith worked with us until everything fell into place. He went over and above the call of duty to get us into the neighborhood! The home is pristine and WE JUST LOVE It!

The buying process was the smoothest and the contract manager was very helpful!

I felt good about my purchase a little upsetting with the final move in. The quality is subpar as far as the materials used. As for the builders team, they were not as efficient nor effective as to all that was promised. (Touch up paint after move in, none was left as promised, after inquiring I was told they don’t do that anymore, no cleaning after work completed. No timely response to my questions and issues. I am fully satisfied with our home purchases especially with K. Hovnanian. The entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in was very easy. Our experience with the builder’s team was excellent. They were very responsvie to clear each and every doubt ours during the process of purchasing our new house. Also the quality of the construction is much better than other builder's.

Great experience, everyone was so professional!

The process of buying the house was easy. It was my first house and the seller was very patient, providing me with all the information upfront and sending me update regularly while they were building the house. Also I got to visit it many times and was informed of all the features. I even made a change in the middle of the construction, I add tiles to a bedroom instead of carpet. The seller and the builder agreed to do it, thank to good communication and flexibility. I highly recommend them. Ismael went above and beyond to get us into our house as quickly as possible. Any issues that have come up since we moved in have been taken care of quickly.

My experience with the K Hovnanian team throughout the home buying process has been fabulous. It started by working with Damaris to find the kind of houme we were looking to buy within the Kingdom Heights community. She was very accomodative, thorough and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make sure we got what we were looking for. I had a very similar experience with the construction manager Mauricio. He has been such a great help. We had a lot of fun building this home with K-HOV. The time from working with the sales staff, to working with the Foreman of the Build, to taking the keys. It was easy and seemless.

Great building experience with khov

My home buying experience was amazing, The KHOV team made it happen in three weeks from the application day to close and I was truly amazed on how well they communicated with each other and with me. I would recommend the KHOV team to everyone for a hassle-free home buying experience.

I am obsessed with our new home. It is exactly what we were looking for. Everyone who assisted us was great at listening to us and everything we needed. We were able to design our dream home!

The only thing that I did not like about the K.Hovnanian home is the quality of the kitchen cabinets.

The home is nice, I can tell there the materials are not top notch and some corners were cut. But, we are here now and the things that are done poorly we will just update on our end.

Since I moved in 3 months ago I have had two leaks in the bathroom Doors knobs are falling apart leaks coming from the blinds I am not happy even though issues there fixed this is a brand new build I should not be having theses issues especially for the price of the home and the company that build it

Contacted the warranty department several times and there is no response to solve the issues we are facing in our newly constructed home.
