We overall had a good experience with our home build. The only real problems we had were delays. Our closing was delayed 4 months. Just a few hiccups along the way which is normal for construction. Everyone has been so nice and helpful.

Beautiful new home...but then they do a SLOPPY job on the garage..particularly the steps leading into the house. It looks like they just slapped something together. So too with the guys laying the sod --not very prideful of their work. We had issues with he MBR shower and the wall in our bedroom, part of which needs to be ripped out because of buckled seams. But all in all, we are very satisfied, The construction supervisor has been particularly helpful and very responsive. Excellent customer relations skills! So is the KHov customer service rep who is helping us address the two major issues mentioned above. There are sure to be problems with any new build. I would recommend KHov homes to friends and family.

We are so happy with our new home. We didn't plan on buying a new construction but this area is convenient to Quantico and well desired. I wish there was a bit more retail & restaurants closer but we can get to most in FXBG within 15-20 mins depending on traffic. David W. did a fantastic job during our walk-thru of showing every detail of the house and its utilities. KHov seems to have a great reputation as a builder and after a month+ I have no complaints.

We had a few hiccups with the selection process. Be sure to be clear about what you want during this process and follow up on whether or not it is being implemented during the building process. Overall we were extremely pleased with the outcome of our home. Aside from the nails in the carpet that were not nailed down properly, we didn't have many complaints.

We have a "villa" home with master on main in a multifamily triplex. We worked with the designer for interior and selected floor, counter, lighting, and kitchen options. Most of the issues that popped up were minor and various teams came in and resolved them. There was one design issue in that once our new front-loading HE washer and dryer were installed, we cannot close the door, the laundry room is just not large enough. We appreciate that K. Hovnanian involved us in every step of the construction and responded to most all the questions we had.

Great and seamless process. Rich, James, and co. have been thorough, supportive, and very professional. Paint job/finishes prior to and post walkthrough could have used improvement but satisfied overall!

Our sales representative Sylvia and Project Manager Robert were thorough professional and went out of their way to make our experience great. They were prompt, attentive and very very helpful throughout the process. Our home loan processors were fantastic as well. I was bit disappointed that we had to pay higher mortgage rate than market. Good. Just that the front door needed some attention. Overall good workmanship.

So far things are going well. Respond to complaints and issues are poor from builders and the office as a whole.

My home buying experience was okay overall. The sales agent was wonderful and really helped make the process smoother. My biggest regret is not getting a home inspector before purchasing. I felt rushed during my walkthrough and was told that any issues would be taken care of even after closing. Honestly, it’s been a bit of a challenge. They have addressed many of my concerns, but quite a few things have been put on the back burner because they say the home needs time to settle. Unfortunately, many of these issues were already there before I moved in, but I didn’t notice them at the time.

Matt would go above and beyond. He understood the customer need and was supportive and proactive in every way.

I enjoyed the home buying process. The Sales Consultant, Homeowner Service Manager, and builder have been extremely helpful and supportive in the home buying process. All of them made homebuyers process run smoothly for me. Thank you to all for my lovely home.

The team at Khovinian kept me up to date as home was being built and were very responsive to any questions that I may have had. I will definitely recommend them in the future.

I like the attention they gave me when i purchased my home

I am very happy with the process and outcome of this whole experience. My house is beautiful and I couldn't be happier. The only issue I have is the water pressure. It is not as strong as it should be. Was told to go to the County to get this reconciled.

Great experience and great maintenance staff

I purchased the WiFi extension package for my home. Thinking they would install everything needed. All they do is put a hole in the ceiling and a wire then tell you you have to hire somebody else to finish it. Everyone I call says the builder should have done this. They have no idea what this is.

Good. But at the same time. I would like to have choice for: using Gas or Electricity or both. For the A/C and Heater.
