I would highly recommend KHovnanian Home Builders to anyone who wants to purchase a new home. We expected the process of building our first home to be extremely overwhelming and were hesitant to begin the process, however we were supported 110% of the way from start to finish. From the sales person who went out of her way to provide support and superior customer service, to the design center where we were able to choose all of our finishes. We were able to work within a budget we could afford and couldn't be happier with the value, craftsmanship, and quality of our new home. We still can't believe we own our first home and are stunned at how beautiful it is. Initially, we had a great deal of anxiety, but the loan officer was able to answer our questions and was more than helpful. When closing on our new home, I had to close without my husband who couldn't be there, however the process went very smoothly and I was in and out of the closing without any issues. Best of all, I cannot forget the Senior Community Construction Manager. He was thorough, obsessive compulsive about every single detail and was always available to me for everything. If I ever had any issues, he took care of them immediately. Each of the meetings I had with him were informative and I always left feeling good about the process. Our home was delivered in time to meet our personal request, as we were nearing the end of our lease. We were pleasantly surprised each and every time we visited our home through the building process, and we couldn't be happier today! The construction manager still continues to reach out to make sure we are happy, and we sincerely appreciate his outstanding customer service! The entire process from first visiting the properties thru financing, closing and follow up after the sale has been easy. Responsive to inquiries and the few minor issues that needed attention. The team of Tricia, Kristen and Arthur do an outstanding job.

This was our first new construction build and we could not have been more pleased with the entire process. Throughout the build, we were kept abreast of all developments. Very pleased with the experience.

Without putting full names out there, Ava, Lisa our loan processors, and Alex my builder who put the pieces together to give us this astounding architecture that we now proudly call "our Home". We had never heard of KHov prior to our purchase but I can't imagine any other builder treating us better. The first time my wife and I met Gene, he made is feel totally comfortable and was able to give us details about any of the builds, finishes, and even mortgage advice. Super knowledgeable and he really made us feel like family. Like we weren't just buying a house- we were building our forever home. The entire experience with Gene continued until the day we closed on our home. Even though he had left to a different development, he even came to our closing walk through and was there for every single question along the way. Same with the builder, Blue. She does amazing work and was so down to earth with my wife and I. She always gave us a straight answer and was always a delight to talk with. Even the design center was a breeze. Not once did anyone try to upsell anything, or convince us to go with something more/less expensive. Building a home can be scary and incredibly stressful but I would do it again in a heartbeat because of how amazing the team my wife and I worked with at KHov were. Even now that we've moved in we have easy access to Blue and even Shawn who deals with home warranties. the quality of materials and workmanship seem to be above grade, and helps to provide the value I paid for. khov personnel from sales to completion (Tara,David,Todd) are great, they help with any issue that came up and establish the trustworthiness of my new khov home. therefore I would highly recommend K.Hovnanian Homes to everyone.

I was very happy with the building and sales process from beginning to the end. I wasn’t happy with Kham at all.

Good product, meets all my needs at this point in my life

Sales team is great. Supervisors on site are awesome. Warranty process is quick but not. They respond quick but it takes several visits from several trades to address issues. And some are ongoing issues about same item. It seems that everybody on the team is working hard but they could use a few more employees to help with their workload.

We recently had our new home built by K. Hovnanian in the Hazel Run Glen community and we were very satisfied with our overall experience. The quality of construction and attention to detail are impressive. The finished product has a beautiful, upscale look that truly exceeded our expectations. The production team was professional, responsive, and committed to ensuring we were happy with every step of the process. We would highly recommend K. Hovnanian to anyone looking for a builder that delivers both quality and style.

Working with Khov on this custom build was great, clear buying process and expectation setting. Quality is generally good with some minor tweaks and fixes needed.

I had a great experience with the entire process. Everything was communicated well, all issues were fixed prior to closing. Having a great project manager on site makes a huge difference!

There is nothing wrong with the homes, but with the size of the community there should be a community center.

Home buying went well home is mostly well designed, appliances are great. Have a few cosmetic issues, outside traffic noise is a little loud. Overall the property was worth purchasing.

Carmel the sale consultant was great throughout the process and still will answer any question. she has excellent customer service skills.
