Very satisfied.

We have been looking at Villas in Frederick County for the past 2 years and this one provides us with the best bang for the money.

The KHov team has been awesome to work with. They have been responsive to our few issues.

The process of buying the house was very smooth. Extremely Satisfied with the house. Visits to the design center were helpful in making our decisions as to what we wanted in our first house. Sales and Construction teams were on top of everything. They were able to update us about the status of the house even during the pandemic. Initial and final inspection were very thorough. Delivery timeline was accurate. The house came out just the way we wanted.

We bought a new home with my daughter. It was her first home buying experience. The sales and selection process was very well handled by the Sales Manager, Richard and Design Consultant, Pia. James, the superintendent/builder was outstanding. The home was beautifully built and the couple of minor items were corrected prior to closing. He was very patient demonstrating the function of the home and systems. High quality, great experience from contract signing to closing.

The team was friendly, knowledgeable, easy to reach, and responsive.

Sale center, design center, construction manager were all amazing and accommodating people. Pleasurable experience, too bad I can't buy another. 10/10 would recommend again.

Everyone was super helpful and when there were a few issues they jumped right on it. I would like to give a shout out to Beth and Orlando for always being on top of things.

Our sales guy was so responsive and communicative every step of the way he really helped make us comfortable with this whole thing. Our build site manager is the sweetest guy on the planet you can really tell he just interested in making a quality home for the customers that they are happy with and will go above and beyond to make sure they're happy.

Disappointed in some buying experiences with KHOV. But overall we rate it a 4 star.

We had a few hiccups with the selection process. Be sure to be clear about what you want during this process and follow up on whether or not it is being implemented during the building process. Overall we were extremely pleased with the outcome of our home. Aside from the nails in the carpet that were not nailed down properly, we didn't have many complaints.

Khov staff are very professional and caring. The homes are excellent quality. I was kept informed throughout the process. The main sales office staff are wonderful people. They are highly flexible and easy to get to know our wants and needs. The Construction Manager goes above and beyond just to make things right and very accommodating. They give us a heads up on what to expect now and later and what the final product will eventually look like so we're not emotionally exhausted in the process. It's a very comforting and exciting experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new construction home. KHOV and their team was AWESOME!!!! Me and my wife had a smooth experience in purchasing our first home together. KHOV provided detailed information from the very beginning, from selecting the floor plan, ground breaking, design center, pre-drywall meetings to the closing date. Home buying can be a frightening experience, but THANKS! KHOV for being apart of our MIRACLE and making our home purchase a PEACEFUL and JOYFUL one.

Sales Person/Manager and construction Manager they are very helpful, friendly.

Overall good. Just had issue with what I thought I was getting, and it ended up being totally different. The issue was resolved but only because we were consistent in what we expected.

Some things I like and some I dont.

The lady showing the house (Beth) - terrible experience with her. Sorry to say not trustworthy. Good experience with Robert - site manager.

Great location, great sales service and maintenance services! Mid quality builders materials.

Love the home. Beautiful modern design even though a little expensive for the area. Service has been good in general to issues after I moved in but builder is unwilling to address issues with sod as its not covered by warranty. Bough my last house from Toll Brothers and they changed half the sod in my lawn as it became a little yellow. Expected more from K Hovnanian as I paid twice as much for this home.

Whether it's your first home or downsizing, purchasing a home can be intimidating. Our purchase experience with K. Hovnanian went smoothly. Sales, mortgage, construction, to closing were handled by professional, helpful, kind people. Even now after 30 days of living in our new home, any questions are answered quickly and professionally by their support team. Their support and response means a lot especially since our Country is in the worse Pandemic in history. We are fortunate to have found this builder who provides excellent workmanship and support to his customers.

The company should be more upfront with answering questions, pertaining to the home building process.

We have a "villa" home with master on main in a multifamily triplex. We worked with the designer for interior and selected floor, counter, lighting, and kitchen options. Most of the issues that popped up were minor and various teams came in and resolved them. There was one design issue in that once our new front-loading HE washer and dryer were installed, we cannot close the door, the laundry room is just not large enough. We appreciate that K. Hovnanian involved us in every step of the construction and responded to most all the questions we had.
