We are very happy with the purchase of our new home. The upgraded appliances are a nice bonus. The high ceilings lend to an open air feeling and brings in more natural light in the house which was important to the decision of the purchase. The neighborhood suits our needs with wide sidewalks for walking and bicycling. The clubhouse is fun. We are very pleased with the response of the K Hov team when we have an issue that needs attention.

All personnel involved in the home buying process were courteous and professional

Great start to a new community. HOA has been easy to work with. Very responsive to the common little things that come up at the start of a new community.

This is a new community still growing and has exceptional quality and is a great value to invest in and to become a new home for any potential buyer. Get in early and watch it grow.

It has it all and then some / neighhood well kept / great daily on site helpers beautiful grounds Only problem NO MAIL DELIivery have to go every day wait in line at post office to get mail

Was led to believe green treed land behind home would remain. Now it has been razzed and will be built out. A berm with foliage would be helpful and appreciated. Traffic congestion to follow??? Home owners in the dark about what is going on there, including Hovnanian's staff, ie; sales and HOA and are reluctant to find out. Unsatisfactory.

Beautiful home, and community. But I should have a private home inspection done. This home was a move in ready home - built for another buyer - that deal fell thru. Many workmanship details are being discovered now that I moved in. Many corrections need to be done and it has become very time consuming on my personal time waiting for appointments and the issues to be corrected. I work full time - yet have to be home for these appointments to get things done. It is costing me time and money - for issues that could have and should have, been done right to start with. I HIGHLY recommend a private inspection to by done to protect the buyer’s interests, time and money. ... More

Poor quality. Can not set A/C colder that 74 degrees in the summer for fear of mold issues. Styrofoam used outside and is soft. Poor pain job inside and out. Great employees and they work hard to help. Just my opinion

Poor communication, inaccurate information and lack of communication. And it continues as I am now living here almost 60 days.
