Carlos, Korey and Kristen are fantastic. Would have liked to have seen a more polished and finished product when we moved in. Carlos and Korey are working together to get issues resolved.

We have nothing but problems since we moved in July, can't believe the poor workmanship and installation for the price paid for this house.

Zach was very nice to me every other week he would send pictures of the progress of my house. When I arrived he showed me around.

Overall workmanship and materials used in construction build have been very satisfactory. Khov staff and warranty personnel have been accessible and very accommodating.

Our salesperson made the buying experience very unpleasant. We had several issues with the build of our house, including a mold issue, which took over 6 weeks to resolve. Our house was not ready when scheduled, as a result we had to spend $8,200 for the month of June 2023 to continue to rent. KHov took no responsibility for this, nor did they try to expedite the delivery date in any way, in fact scheduling our settlement for the last day of June, despite our house being ready and our repeated requests to move it by even one day. KHov has also been very slow to respond to the numerous deficiencies in our house since we've moved in, and 3 1/2 months later there are still quite a few major items that haven't been resolved. Overall, we would not recommend KHov to anyone, because they have demonstrated over and over again that they don't care about their customers, despite them spending hundreds or thousands of dollars on a home. ... Carlos was extremely helpful and informative for pre closing and even after The house closing staff was helpful and accommodating Even in switching our closing from in person to online and still making sure we had the keys (although only the master key worked properly- not a big deal we just made our own) everyone was professional I do wish they had concentrated on the old lake Wilson road entrance which still does not work fully over 3 months after we closed; I feel for those who closed even earlier Still I would heartily recommend khovnanium builders to all And have already done so twice ... Overall our buying experience was good and we enjoyed working with the KHOV staff. Thanks to our builder Michael for all of his efforts to do things right and to Alex for working hard to handle our warranty issues.

I was very happy with the ease of buying a K. Hovnanian home

The entire experience, since I put purchased this alone, as a retirement home, has been more then scary.

The experience was smooth and easy.

KHov responded first thing Monday after a weekend notification that our fascia trim had come off during a storm. Workers came out the same week to replace the missing pieces. Only concern was that it was not correctly installed in the first place.

All phases went smooth from sales, to delivery. Some items like sink in the laundry area, and some light switches were located not in the best pace Construction coordinators was very helpful

Fixed right the First time -fast response-good communication

Kathryn from the sales team and Nicole from the design team were outstanding. They made our experience number one!!!

Some of the construction was not any where the quality I thought was supposed to be. When an individual pays $700K plus you are expecting high quality, but not here. Four roof trusses were either cut or severely broken to make the roof system fit. One floor joist is bent about 15 degrees creating creaking when walked over, The electrical system was poorly designed. One 20 amp circuit for 12 outlets in the kitchen is at best a joke. In today's world many appliances are operated at the same time but not in this kitchen the way it was designed. Mike in the sales office lied on a consistent basis. No gas meter, but when I drove through the house there was one installed. And so on. He stated after telling me that the settlement date had to be pushed back 2 weeks on three different occasions, one being there were only 2 building inspectors working for the county and on was out sick. Getting items fixed has been a nightmare until very recently. Fixing the trusses have still not been addressed after a third party inspection found the problem in the first few minutes approximately 8 weeks ago. And the list goes on and on. ... More

Good experience so far. New and not full time yet.

Enjoyed working with the Sales Team. Everything delivered as promised. Great Location and a Great KHOV Four Seasons Community.

The Hovnanian team was great to work with all around!
