Overall a great experience and a good community. The residents are all wonderful and we are looking forward to more residents and the further development of the community.

Shannon S. was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She did an outstanding job in helping us in the design and selection process of our new home. She guided us through the entire process and was very accurate in helping us make sound decisions.

The quality of yhr home is very good, but completion was rushed to get us moved in. Lots of minor issues, but most were taken care of in a somewhat timely fashion. It took an unnecessary 3 months to have our stone front out on, but finally done. Josh, our builder was great, as well as our warranty person Frank.

Quality of materials and workmanship very good, no issues about, all itens discussed during negotiations step, fine, except refrigerator, vendor said will not be included, but will try, and after that, even with my e-mail about, no reply about this subject. Still no issues , mainly because we still dont move in. Sure we recomend this builder.

From the day that we signed the contract in March 2022 until we got our keys in October 2022, everything went very smoothly And without a delay or hitch. We were warned by others that the post COVID time would creat delays, never happened. Stacy, our sales representative put all the paperwork together and James, our project manager did the rest! We have been in the house for 4 months and love it! We have 2 minor issues, but Josh, the Warrenty rep. Took care of them right away. I ca not say enough good things about our experience with KHovnanian Homes!

So glad I made the move. It was time for a fresh start so I figured I better buy a brand new home with all the amenities. I am very happy here. The staff is very friendly and reliable.

I was happy with the original sales people like Stacy and the way options were explained to me at the design center. My project manager was very helpful and communicated every week. He forwarned me of potential delays and moving in was delayed 2 months. I was disappointed in that but not in the house or fixing things that needed to be done before, and after I moved in. My PM was great at answering my questions, even ones I asked more than once.

It would help new home buyers to be able to talk to some of the other people that bought a similar house and ask if they were to build again what would they do differently. Working with Nick and Stacy made this easy. They were extremely helpful and responsive The experience went without a hitch except for small supply chain issues which are out of your control

I love the active community with many events. I love my new house, it's perfect for me.

Despite the 6 month delay due to Covid (which of course was very challenging) there were definitely some highlights. There were a number of people trying to do their best. Most of the delay was out of their control. At the end of the day the house is beautiful and we’re very happy. Most of the walk thru items have been done.

I had a very good experience. I had my sister in the area and she helped keep an eye on things. I got weekly updates and if I had questions they were answered promptly.

Lisa N was outstanding and very supportive during our entire process. James was outstanding addressing all of our questions and explaining the entire process until we moved in and then was extremely helpful with issues we had with some of our appliances contractor. I would say because of the two of them they took a lot of stress off of our experience.

There were many difficulties with the process of getting to settlement. Many unfortunate mistakes and delays.

While the quality of materials was as I expected from a large developer in a booming development, there were occasional lapses in the quality of workmanship that would have been a problem, if not for the excellent customer service provided by our construction manager, Nick. He was always ready to listen - even when I was a little frustrated -- and always saw to it that the concern / problem was addressed to my satisfaction. Great representative for K. Hovnanian.

For the most part, living at Belle Terre KHov has been wonderful. I love living here and enjoying the beautiful club house and the nice neighbors. Being here a month I would say I still have some things to get done, but they are in the works of getting resolved and I have nothing major. I would have to comment on my design center experience. I felt extremely rushed on big decisions, and of course Covid limited a lot of the choices. I don't think 3 hours is sufficient to make all the choices that need to be made. I had a very stressful experience while spending a lot of money. I also think the house needs more sound proofing insulation. I have a loft and basement, and you can hear a lot from each floor. Other than that, the house is wonderful. I like the lay out and the closet space. I wanted to add that I think getting the option of putting a well in during the construction would be a nice plus instead of incurring the high water bills until you get one lined up after all the move and settling in. Up north we don't have this issue and are not aware of the high water bills incurred for watering the lawn. It would be nice to give another review after one year of living here. So far I really enjoy the entire neighborhood and the layout of all the amenities. It is resort living! ... More

Our experience from start to finish went very smoothly. No major issues at all and just a few normal questions along the way. Settlement date was as they told us and we are very happy with our home.

Sales Rep was only satisfactory; difficult at times. Would not ever buy again without my own realtor. However, Valet, Tom was extraordinarily helpful at pre-move in and post closing, VERY responsive, as was John, the project superintendent. Head landscaper was also extremely helpful with front yard landscape plantings.

Despite supply chain issues, the team got us an excellent home. The warranty department could use some help; slow to respond.

Ron was great in following up and resolving issues pending.

The members of the sales staff were very good, however there is no option to make structural changes to the models offered. The model homes are well appointed, but some of the finishes used are not available. The process for choosing finishes and purchasing our home went smoothly. Supply chain issues delayed completing everything in our home until one month after closing, but the construction manager was responsive to our needs. We were still able to take occupancy of the house the same month originally promised

Overall great experience, some delays due to supply chain issues but the builder did everything they could to get us into the home in a timely manner. We were updated every week by Wendy in the office along with pictures of building progress. Wendy was very responsive to any communication we had with her and if she didn’t know the answer she used her resources to get this the answer. Great builder to work with and would recommend buying from them.

Real solid construction and management was responsive to us. The construction mgr and sales office personnel have become good friends.

Paint was done by unprofessional workers. Was corrected after we moved in Expensive kitchen cabinets was installed by unprofessional personnel. We are still waiting for the installation of the correct moldings and doors adjustments

KHOV exceeded our expectations for the buying, building and closing experiences.
