Sales was a no pressure experience. They fully understand this is a major decision and were their to answer questions and guide you. The process during and including closing was made easy. Everyone along the way was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The construction quality team made sure you moved into a perfect house in every way and provided their contact information in case you needed them. They explained where utilities were, how they worked and when to service. The also responded to any queries on items we were unsure how to work very quickly and professionally. We were not very sure what to expect because the last time we bought a home was almost 23 years ago but Cheryl at the Khov office make the whole process palatable and exciting. The whole staffs we had encountered during the buying process were kind and very professional.

Our sales agent was excellent. She answered all of our critical questions in a highly responsive manner with the highest level of integrity. Only wish that items like the finishing of the interior of the garage and backyard landscaping design had builder available options to make the initial delivery more turnkey. Just my preference.

We had a great experience in picking out the model we wanted and its options. Our sales agent (Alyssa) was awesome. She made sure we knew everything we needed to know. Since our house wasn't a model, she made sure to show us on a regular basis the quick move-in house so we could get a great feel of what our house would look like.

It’s my first time to buy a brand new construction. My other houses were either custom made or older. My experience was made smooth and easy by the great staff service I received from the beginning of the sale to the final move. They were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks KHOV staff!

I love my home in Four Seasons Lakes of Cane Bay! My salesman, Rick, did more than just sell me my home. He followed me through the entire building process from picking my lot, construction, to my closing. My floor plan is spacious and open. Rosa was great in assisting me with design choices. Jeff was responsive with warranty issues. It is a well built semi-custom home and I couldn't be happier!
