experience as good from the sales process through to closing

My experience with KHOV has been disappointing on just about every level. They do have some amazing people working for them however they cant do anything to help resolve my numerous design and construction issues. The upgrades are not worth purchasing, I purchased them all, there cheap, antiquated and none functional. I've tried to meet with upper management about my long list of issues, nothing gets resolved. I would never recommend KHOV.

K Hov is a Great Choice for the Belle Terre Community. If you choose K Hov for Belle Terre - Be Cautious - For many reasons in this 2020 /2021 experience and not defending K Hov- Your Home experience may be less than you expect as K Hov is facing difficulties to deliver a Quality Product. My home purchase has become a disappointment with K Hov but one that I hope finishes well. TBD

My builder was always available even after the close. Very responsive and wanted to make things right. We are extremely satisfied with our new home.

We had a great experience buying our new dream home at K. Hovnanian's Four Seasons at Sun City West in Arizona. Everyone we came in contact with was professional, caring & committed to customer satisfaction. Products used were quality materials. Construction was completed in a timely manner. We very happy with the finished home.

Their first is of the highest quality. No company is perfect, but when they had an issue, their response was impressive. Great organization.

What is seen in the models and promised at the design center is not what will be received. Don't close until you are satisfied. We were promised all items on our issue list would be completed in a timely manner. From our list of 37 issues including but not limited to no shower door in master bath, paint dripped all over the floors, grout in bathrooms with 2 different colors, doors that will not lock, outlets that trip breakers when used, only one has been completed. They are trying to close homes before they are ready. Supply chains and labor issues have caused understandable delays, but changing finishes to lesser quality products and poor workmanship should not be tolerated from any builder. We purchased the Starling Farm House, the floor plan was perfect for our needs. We received weekly communication / updates on progress and next steps, which was great, since we were living out of state during the majority of the build. Even though we closed on our new home, Khov is still available to us to assist with concerns and to answer any questions, we are very pleased with our new K Hovnanian home.

Rushed to close with a large list and zero follow through after a month. Now arguing over contract language. Likely headed to court over front door and library doors (if you can believe it!) Warrantee means nothing.

Our experience is very good overall, everyone we have dealt with has been responsive and helpful. We had to adjust our closing date (sooner) because of a medical issue my wife had, and they went through hoops to make it happen. Thanks,

From start to finish, we were well informed and guided through the process of selections, building, and settlement. Everyone was interested in our satisfaction and seemed happy to be a part of our exciting new experience of building our new home.

If you don’t use k hov mortgage they change their attitude and are rude and nasty. Also, they try to add on unlawful fees if you don’t close on time when they held up the closing processing.

The dealing was great and we were kept in the communication sphere the entire journey. Very helpful and always there to talk and ask questions. We have not moved there as of yet and look forward to enjoying the Home.

During the buying and building process, we felt KHov lacked flexibility and did not seem to care about our individual concerns and desires. After closing, the customer service was excellent thanks to Alyssa in the Warranty Department and Mike, Project Manager. The trades also did a great job completing our punch list!

I believe Eban and Debra are exceptional. Sales and project management at Baymont Farms are first rate. They both care about their clients. They are knowledgeable, honest and responsive. They were upfront about delays. They explained why a delay occurred, and the corrective actions taken to fix the issue.. I also have to mention Joe. We had a minor water problem in our basement just after settlement. Joe was on it immediately and stayed in touch throughout. He made certain we were completely satisfied. I think these 3 individuals are Outstanding!

The people at K. Hov make the home building process easy. They aim to please.

Builders team was easy to work with. Completion date was pushed out a few times due to supply chain issues.
