Our records show that our team has responded promptly to each of your service requests, and only a few remaining items—related to GE—are still in progress. Regarding your inspection, your Gold Key Orientation lasted approximately an hour and a half, which is typical for a detailed walkthrough. The follow-up Gold Key Delivery is a shorter visit focused on reviewing any remaining items and providing a full warranty overview.
