Every personal touch point from the salesman, construction manager and all of the office/admin team were very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and prompt when addressing questions and concerns along the way leading up to our closing and complete satisfaction. Great overall experience and home value.

The Covid virus outbreak precluded us from having a physical walk through inspection which would have probably taken care of a lot of things we had to discover ourselves. As such I do not blame K. Hovnanian for this. They did the best they can. Drew and Eban were very professional and responsive to questions. I was a little disappointed by the sloppy way the fire box in the fireplace was installed crooked. I'm still waiting for that to be corrected. My biggest concern is the sod lawn. It's the most lumpy, poorly laid sod I've ever seen to the point it is dangerous to walk across without fear of twisting your ankle. It's full of clover and large gaps. It will hopefully fill in eventually, but the sod in the models looks great. ... More

Quality of workmanship & Materials: Focus is not on Quality of Materials or workmanship but on meeting deadlines and passing inspections. Numerous homeowners in the development had issues we have discovered during their respective builds. We had an issue with the foundation. Our concern was either minimized or discounted altogether in terms of responsiveness until we called the home office of KHovanian in desperation. The matter was addressed after that. Overall the builder focuses on getting things done at the least cost possible. The mark up on the upgrades is considerable. Our builder was competent but not supported by adequate help and supports. Every one I deal with during the building process were always very knowledgeable and courtesy. I am very happy with the workmanship and quality of the home.

KHov more focused on new phase when 30+ home are still not completed (no grading, no lawns, no irrigation, no landscaping, and still missing items that are part of the home after 30 days). After $$ is paid, KHOV interest is noticeably much reduced. Very impersonal after moving in.

nice home but with deficiencies that have not been corrected. as always they say they will get to it asap. that means you'll have a long wait till the corrections are made.

We are extremely pleased with the finishing of our new home. Patience is certainly needed when dealing with a brand new community. Living with the noise, mess and inconvenience of heavy machinery operating continuously takes all our patience. It would be nice to receive some kind of weekly update notification. Communication is vital and keeps our impatience in check. We were unprepared not being able to access any of our yard while the grading continues but like seeing the progress.

Spend more time checking workmanship of people doing the work just to get it done. Don't just do things and expect the homeowners to accept it as "that's the way it is and there's nothing that can be done about it".

Construction foreman was very thoughtful. He contacted us weekly to update us on the progress of our new home. Your mortgage company in Florida were right on top of everything. The sales force were very helpful. We're enjoying living in our new home.

Smooth process for getting the loan. Smooth closing process. Beautiful new home. Good price point. Convenient to beaches, friendly community. Different clubs to join, activities to get people meeting each other and have fun.
